Top recruiters are Reliance, Adani, L&T, etc. Many students from the college got paid internships. Mechanical engineering students got good packages in 2023. Many got good internships.
Placements: Placement cells are average. Around 50 percent of students got placement last year, with the highest package of 20 lakhs, an average of 6 lakhs, and the lowest of 3 lakhs. Google, Jio, Myntra, Maruti, Tata, FunFood, etc. recruit from here. Yes, students can do internships of their own will.
Placements: The average salary package offered is 3 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Many companies come to the college for placement selection. Some universities sponsor college placements and it is not compulsory, some faculty are strict in college.
Placements: Almost 100% of students got placed from our course. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA which is grabbed by one of students from our course. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA and the average salary package offered is 8 LPA. Recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, and many more. Internship is secured by every student in our college in their respective companies. Software engineer is the top role offered in our course.
Placements: In the B.Pharma course, the placement rate is low with only about 8-10% of students secure jobs through campus placement. The highest salary package offered is around 3 LPA - 4 LPA. Companies who visit for recruitment are primarily local pharmaceutical firms. They hire only 2-3 students at a time. Internship opportunities are vertically nonexistent. Placements: Government Engineering College has provided overall good placements in the chemical department, during the last academic year. Around 30-35 students got placed in companies like Agrocel, Zydus, STC, Kutch Chemicals, etc. Students from the civil and electrical branches also secured placements in some reputed companies.
Placements: About 70% of students were placed in our colleges, and the highest package of our internship and job is about 45 to 50k, while the lowest one is 15k to 20k, and the average is about 35k. I am studying M.Sc. Chemistry, that's why chemical companies prefer me. About 70% of placements are placed by our colleges.
Placements: Our college is new and still under development, so placements are not that great. However, some smaller companies do visit campus to recruit computer science students, and some students have received good placement offers. On the other hand, placements for mechanical and civil engineering students are quite good.
Placements: I am Kalp Prajapati from L.D. College of Engineering, 3rd semester IT branch. This year's placements are still going on until now but I would definitely say that these placements are not that good as compared to previous years. Almost 75% of students are placed and the average package offered is 4.5 Lacs. The highest package offered is about 12 Lacs. Our top recruiters are TCS, Accenture, Rain India, Infosys and HCL.
Placements: SSEC has an active placement cell that works to bring companies from various sectors to the campus. Core branches, especially civil and mechanical, see relatively better placement rates compared to branches like electronics and communication. Top recruiters include local and regional firms, though some students seek internships and placements beyond campus. Continuous efforts are being made to strengthen industry connections.
Placements: In our college, there are 30-40% of students placed in the last academic batch, with the highest package of 6-7 LPA and the average package being 3-3.5 LPA. Talking about companies, there are multiple companies coming like Silent, Infosys, Tatvasoft and many more.
Placements: Out of 40 students, 5 to 8 students are placed every year. This gives a placement percentage of approximately 12.5% to 20%. The highest package is 7 lakh per annum. Placements: In my course, 90% of students were placed. The highest package was INR 15,00,000, and the lowest package was INR 2,00,000. 40% of students got internships from the college in various companies. Top recruiters in my course were Zydus and Sun Pharma. The top role offered in my course was managing director.
Placements: Around 80–90% of students get placed every year. The highest package offered was 18 lakh per annum, the average package was 4.5 lakh, and the lowest was around 3 lakh. Top recruiters included L&T, Siemens, TCS, and Reliance Industries, offering roles such as control systems engineer, instrumentation engineer, and software developer.
Placements: As I am in my first year, I had already had a chat with seniors; they had told me that SVIT comes under GTU and has a good placement cell. Also, the faculty in SVIT made us familiar with the interview environment by taking mock placement and an interview drive.
Placements: Last year, our college achieved around 90% placements from our computer branch. The average package, I guess, is around 5 to 6 LPA. The highest package in our branch has been 20 LPA over the past 3-4 years. TCS and Argusoft were the top companies that visited our college for placements last year.
Placements: Placement opportunities at our pretty decent. Every year student grab quite decent packages and get placed in good companies like micron, glide, TCS, einfochips, alpha numero etc. The average package lies between 4-5 Lacs per annum. 60% of students every year get placed in the companies.
Placements: The eligibility criteria for placements is a 7.5 CGPA. An aptitude test is taken during the placements to sort out the students according to their level. The highest placement for ECE was 25 LPA, and the average package is around 4-5 LPA. Synopsis is a top recruiter.
