Placements: Not more than 10 companies were coming for the placements, and the companies which came for the placements, offered only marketing jobs even if you completed your Master's degree in a finance field. They offered marketing-related or financial products such as a CASA, loans, FD, insurance etc. I got selected in ICICI and they offered me 1.80 lacs and the work is to go to the market and sell insurance. The highest salary offered:- 3.6 lacs (only 2 students). The lowest salary offered:- 1.2 lacs.
Placements: Placement for the batch of 2014 was the worst. Not even 5 companies were there for placements. Only the companies from the same city and startups that were not famous were there. Same thing happened to my senior batch. I think 2-5% students are getting placed during the college placements and the maximum package is around 2,00,000/annum as per my knowledge.
Placements: The placements here are very bad. The maximum package offered here was of rupees 3.6 lakh/year. The companies visiting here are local companies which were established 2 to 3 years ago. Although the placement officer forces the students to join such penny companies.
Overall it is the worst college I have ever seen. There is no placement from this college, and the lab and workshop equipment are outdated while some equipment are not available. Please don’t apply for this college. The faculty are not supportive and qualified enough to teach and explain the concept of engineering.
Even though the campus is very large, there is no such thing like facility members and exposure which an engineering college should provide its students. Zero Placements, for a college that has more than 2000 students, zero placements is like pathetically bad. The faculty members are not up to the mark and even the college crowd is not so great. Hardly a lectures are taken. Students are not exposed to real world dynamics. They just don't come out of writing tutorials and assignments. I will not ...
Nothing good about the college except how big it is. A college which is teaching English engineering text in Gujarati. No exposure to new industries. No internships. All you can get from it right now is it is the biggest campus in GTU in Ahmedabad. Good things about the campus is that there is a football and cricket ground.
They are trying to promote the college but the faculty members are actually very bad. The infrastructure will first make you convince to get admission in college but it’s not worth. Go for any other college if you really want to do engineering. Don’t waste your money as well as time getting admitted here.
Placement and teaching are worst. Please don't go to study in this college. Some faculty and director are arrogant. It t doesn't deserve to be reviewed but I am giving 1 star. I request you don't take admission by mistake in this college. It was the biggest mistake of my life to study in this college.
Average. For B.tech it is ok. For m.tech it is not good due to improper labs facility, no seniour faculty, not yet havimg m.e books library etc... Its not worth for other state students to came and study in srm ramapuram campus.katanglatur campus is good in infrastructure. Placements are also not providie by the clg.
Our college is the best college in Gujrat. It provides each and every facility like Wi-Fi, internet lab, practical lab with good condition machine. In the computer department we have good PCs with i7 processor and good laptops also. Our college is the only autonomous college in Gujrat. It is also a government college so the fees is negligible. It's a place that can set your career and also can break you totally. It depends on the students’ attitude and his adaptability. Faculty members are helping and knowledgeable in some departments, while not so much in others. Please make sure to get information about the faculty of the branch you are planning to take admission into.
An average college to learn, but a good college to take experience of jail and boundaries of corporate. Speaking apart from education standards, management role-play for student’s satisfaction was below average. Attendance here is just like a salary, maximum attendance, maximum grades. Infrastructure is not relevant for college students, even there are no facilities of drinking water and a hygienic toilet. There are no placements offered for different domains. There are no campus facilities like water drinking facility is not provided. In computer lab, internet is not available in every computer. The passed out student from the same college are made faculties, have very poor knowledge.
Very bad college to study. Very poor in teaching. Even faculties are having poor knowledge. Zero placements and recruitment in this college. Management is very poor. Hostel facility and canteen facility is below average. In short this is very poor college for engineering. Students passed out from this college works in industries and market on 6000 rupees salaries as engineer.
L.D. College of Engineering is a very old college, since 1965 and it is very popular for engineering, too. It is included in top 10 colleges for engineering in Gujarat. But, actually according to my experience in this college, during last 4 yrs., It is one of the worst colleges in India for its teaching system, staff, management, attendance, facilities, and resources. It’s just a engineer manufacturing company. There is nothing special about this collage. It has worst faculty. We think that professors in other colleges teach better than the professors in our college. They teach professionally and practically. But college is awesome.

Placements: The placement is 50% but the college claims it to be 100%. I don't understand that. No big tech giant comes to the campus. No student got any internship. I don't like this college as they only focus on marks and not on providing quality knowledge.
