Good for studious ones and for PhD students in their research field.
Placements: We were 45 students. Students are placed as per their entrance merit basis. Akash Private Limited was one of the top companies that recruited my seniors. Internships were not provided. The top roles offered are a scientific associate etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the hostel. The classrooms, labs and library are available. The hostel is well maintained, and lifts are available in new hostels. Free medical facilities are available for students. For sports, the university has every sports facility. The food was awesome.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified, and even the research is going on with foreign universities. They teach on a theoretical and practical basis. The course curriculum is very relevant, and whatever they added to the curriculum is required for further NET, CSIR scholarships.
Other: I opted for this course because I want to be a botanist. The best thing was learning deeply about economic botany. I think practical labs must be improved. Events were organised by different departments.
