Placements: If you are expecting the core job, I think it's not the right choice. But if you are trying for IT jobs, then it is good. We get so many opportunities. The packages will be around 3.25 LPA. The main companies are Infosys, Mahindra, etc. We also get big companies like Amazon, IBM but fewer opportunities are there to get placed in those companies.
Placements: Placements in Hindustan were better for our batch than our seniors. An average of 10-20 students from each department get selected every year with a salary starting from 3 to 5 LPA. Companies, mainly IT like Infosys, I GATE, Tech Mahindra, Zoho etc come and recruit students every year from Hindustan as system and software engineers. Internships were never given from our college, rather students do go out and find for themselves.
Placements: Pre-placement training provided by the university is quite useful. Placements are good for other branches in the university especially for IT and electrical but for mechanical and aeronautical there are no placements at all. Students have to get placement from off campus drive.
The college was doing okay under the Anna university board. Right now, they're a deemed university. I studied when it was under Anna University. Classes were okay like any other college. The infrastructure was amazing, considering the huge campus they have. It was known for its aero department and the NCC. On the whole, it was a nice place to study and had a good environment.
If you are looking for quality education, then this college is a good option. But getting placed is quite tough. Because very few companies come for placement to this college campus. I will suggest this college if your budget is average. If you are looking for good placement records, then you should not think about this college.
About Library: Awesome library with a digital bay where you can find Apple Macbook wireless pros. About the cafeteria: I will give 2 out of 5 rating for the cafeteria. About Seminar hall: Seminar hall is similar to what other colleges normally have, but few of them are awesome. About placement: You won't get maximum placements here. Very few placements are offered, they don't care much about placements. About staff: A good mix of knowledgeable and less knowledgeable staff.
Placements: For 2017-2021 batch pre-placement has started and this follows to the upcoming batches 1. Around 80% placements. 2.highest 11L per annum was offered. 3.Amazon was the top recruiter. 5 highest 11L and lowest 3L was the package. 6.60% students got an internship and they did outside the campus. Placements are very good for the Aero department and CSE students
Placements: Coming to placements in our college I can say it is below average. Only 20-30 % people will get placed that too in small sector companies (scenerio of whole college). When it comes to our department it is in the worst situation not even one guy got placed in a company of our automobile sector. Not even one company of automobile related companies will come to recruit us.
Placements: Less companies coming to the college and also less students are getting placed in companies. But, I didn't see any core company based on ECE branch. However, companies are less in our college due lo lack of infrastructure and the work schedule is not so good.
Placements: Our chemical batch was started in 2013 and not even a single company has visited here for campus placements. It's terrific when we think about our future. Only IT companies visit here for placements. If I knew this thing before joining, I would not have stepped into this deemed college. There are no placements, and one has to try off-campus.
Placements: For aeronautical and automobile department students are not satisfied with the placements and very fewer salary package offered to students. Companies visit here are not recruiting the students of the college. I am not satisfied with the placements and university.
