I am fully dissatisfied because of faculty members and placements.

Placements: Infosys is a major recruiter for HITS, and about 80% of the students got placed this year. Around 60% to 70% of the students got placed in 2018-2019. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA and the average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2.6 LPA. Infosys is the top recruiter for our course, and the top role offered in our course is a software engineer. The campus life is good, but the placements are average.

Placements: I am a 2020 passed out student. As of now, about 20% of the students from our course got placed in the best companies. The top recruitment companies for our course are Infosys, Wipro and Bosch. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered as of now is 3 LPA.

The campus life is good, but I am not satisfied with placements.

The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruitment company in our course is Infosys. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA.

Decent college if your goal is to get a degree. Forget placements*.

Placements: There was not a single company which came for placement for our batch (2013-17). Students who even graduated with 9+ CGPA were left jobless. Now, they are forced to do Masters/M.Tech with no experience. Which is again entering into not a good territory, because your peer's come with enough relevant experience and you have nothing to show. Only 2-3 students from our batch of 120 were able to find a job in our respective fields, that too with reference. Now the number has gone upto 12-20 max. Sit...

Review of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science - HITS.

Placements: As per my knowledge, the majority of seniors got placed but not in core fields. The automotive industry is having trouble these days, and the same goes for the automotive core placements. One of our seniors got placed in ARAI with a salary package of 15 LPA, but it was an off-campus Baja interview. The average salary package offered ranges between 3-4 LPA. Few companies like Volkswagen, Kun Motors, Caterpillar, etc., visit our campus for placements. According to course requirements, everyone has...

Placements: More than 75% of students got placed in different companies in Chennai. The highest salary package offered is about 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Many companies visit our college, and many students got selected in internships in companies like Accenture, BSNL, Nokia, Tata Consultancy, etc.

There are good facilities but a little improvement over the benches.

Placements: The recruiting companies were Accenture, Wipro, HCL, Infosys, TCS, and many more. Many students were placed in the top position with good salary packages. The final year students were asked to do internships for a period of 2-months in respective companies for their final year project.

More than Hindustan we were much satisfied with the tie-up LV prasad academy.

Placements: No on campus placements for MBA Media students. But they help you by giving link to the companies through off campus. But talking about internship every student in the college should undergo internship programme. College management also helped students to get proper internship in their corresponding fields.

One can get satisfied with the facilities and faculty available here.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Only the students with good scores get placed, and it's is tough for the students with low marks and poor attitude to get placed. Some students got placed in Amazon, and the rest of the others got placed in some of the companies from the IT sector. No placement opportunities are offered for the students of the aviation department, and the students of this department aren't able to get placed in their core domain.

Faculty members in the college are okay, and the college has a huge infrastructure.

Placements: Our college assures 100% placements. People who have talent in aptitude and core subjects will get placed in campus placements. Companies like Zoho, Amazon, JET Airways, Volkswagen, Capgemini, and many others visit the campus for placements.

Teaching was average. I am dissatisfied and discouraged with some aspects.

Placements: I am pursuing mechanical engineering, and only a few companies visit the college for the placements of our branch. I suggest everyone who is interested in computer science or information technology that HITS provides a lot of placement opportunities for them. In my final year, many IT companies and call centres visited our college. I am dissatisfied about it.

This college is a mix of fun & education.

Placements: Placements are good for our senior batches but our seniors don't use the opportunity hardly a few got selected in great companies like Accenture a lot of companies come for placement and before the interview we are well trained for it. Rolls of junior manager and many other were offered percent is I think 40%. The lowest was 10,000 average was 30,000 and the highest was 50,000.

If you are looking for normal college and good environment, I can say you to choose Hindustani.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. Only a few companies visit our college to hire the students. Last year, I was not sure but I think around 60 students got placed in the college placements, and it is not much good. This year, the students of our college got placed in off-campus placements in around three IT companies which are tied-up with other colleges.

A place for gaining knowledge but not for good placements.

Placements: I got placed in Tech Mahindra for an IT job. Few of my classmates got placed in Infosys, and the rest are pursuing their higher studies or have searched for jobs on their own. I did my internship at HAL-Bangalore. The college won't be providing internships; one should find an internship on their own. However, the college will provide support for doing the internship.

Placements: The previous batches didn't have any campus interviews. Freshers are offered a package of Rs. 7,000 per month but they can earn 1 lac per month after getting the experience. No companies visited our campus for placements. Students are treated like professional engineers.

The placements and infrastructure are not that good.

Placements: There are not many placements for EEE students in our college. Only 3% to 8% of the students got placed, but they didn't join the companies as they were not the core companies. Most of the students in our batch are still struggling to get a job as there are only limited jobs in the private sector. So, most of the students are trying for the government jobs.
