Placements: I was a distance education student pursuing Chartered accountancy alongside M.Com and hence didn't look for placement facilities at the university. However, the university does have a placement cell where interested students can register and those with qualification matching the job description are called for.

Placements: I was a distance education student since I was pursuing Chartered accountancy course along with B.Com and hence never looked at their placement opportunities. However they do have a placement cell where the students can register and get called for based on the qualification required for the job listings.

Placements: The placement in IGNOU depends on your personal skills, and you have to apply for a job by yourself. Study centres at IGNOU generally do not organise any job session. The private companies come to the campus for organising job fairs. Candidates generally apply by themselves.

Placements: The college had a very good place for education. I got a lot of knowledge and lot of new ideas from here. I'm thankful to everyone like my classmates and teachers. All big companies visited here time by time. There is a big opportunity to get the education from here for a better future.

Placements: Each year IGNOU organise job fair at the personal headquarter Maidan Garhi. Even you can choose to do a side by side job with the correspondence medium. Though I was on the job, I continued my study. Learning while earning is the main emphasis of this correspondence medium of education.

Placements: Out of 300 students, 90 are selected. There were many big firms and companies like Tech Mahindra, TCS, Infosys, Amazon, etc. The highest package they offered is Rs. 25,00,000 per annum and the lowest is Rs. 7,00,000 per annum. The type of roles/post offered is a financial analyst, fund managers, chief accountant, and many more junior level posts.

Placements: I am studying masters in computer application from Lucknow Region of IGNOU. I take my classes at UPTEC as I choose it as my study centre. You can also study at IGNOU. Some of my seniors are well placed as I know, but there is no college placement at IGNOU. There is no placement cell at IGNOU. I heard a few years back that Wipro took some of the students, but I have done BCA (Bachelors in Computer Application) from IGNOU, so at least there is no college placement since then.

Placements: It's an Open University, so they conduct central placements. I was not the part of that placement, but my friend got placed in Delhi as a technical support engineer, and their placement package was also good. In that placement activity, multiple MNCs and startup companies participated. The college will properly coordinate this activity.

Placements: As this is an open university, almost every student who joins for any course or programme is already engaged in some other jobs like professional education, doing the job somewhere or in service, so the placements are not as valuable as compared to the other colleges or UHH universities.

Placements: The bachelor degree given by the university IGNOU is very helpful to me because it is one of the requirements of campus placement, but still, now I have not attended any placements. With this degree, I have got an internship, and the education was very good.

Placements: There will be no placements, but it is very convenient as you can change or select your learning and examination centre anywhere in India. It is very helpful for the people who are already doing jobs, and the students who want an additional degree. This will also add value to their resume.

Placements: There are placements under the ministry of rural development at state and centre. At present, there are lots of chances for jobs in rural development and PhDs in rural development are also very useful for the candidates. IGNOU is the best choice for this course in the distance education. Head of the departments conduct the seminars and other events.

Placements: I was not placed. As I got only 60%, the placement agency provides a little bit of salary. I am not interested in the jobs by consultancies. I have got a lot of experience and getting a better job opportunity. I like to attend an interview for my betterment and gain a lot of knowledge.

Placements: I do not know clearly about placements, but I am doing my graduation in commerce. And in my course, there is no chance for placements. But, it may be in some special courses. By the way, we only want our graduate degrees, and we are satisfied with it. But, the management should think about the placements.

Placements: I was placed in one of the best hotels in Hyderabad city. Novotel is a French group. Also, it has given ample opportunities for the graduates to enrol themselves in the management training programme in different star category hotels across India. It is very much helpful.

Placements: Still not known about the placement. Heard that placements are available in Delhi. It is good. But, it will be better if the placement process is provided in all states. Thus the students can get employed. I suggest availing this placement option in every state like the private colleges.

Placements: As it is an Open University, it won't provide any placements. But it will be beneficial to the people working in government companies for getting a promotion by getting a degree. Most of the companies will prefer to take the students even though it is an open degree because of the quality provided by the IGNOU.

Placements: The IGNOU is an open university, and there are many small study centres. So the placement cell companies can't go to the small study centres for only 7 to 10 students. So I'll suggest you to please give more preference to the regular studies and not to the distance or open studies.

Placements: We did not get any kind of placement from our college. Also, our senior batches also did not get any kind of placement from there. Whenever we went for of campus interviews with our certificate, we did not get preference because of our degree was a distance education degree. Without any add-on degree in computer application, it is very difficult to get a job in this industry. Our seniors also faced this problem during initial days of their career. Placements: The college does not have placement as the college provides only the open degrees to the students. The college provides distance learning thus for that reason it does not provide on-campus placements, but the college has the huge number of students every year. Many courses are available in the college.
