Placements: Not a lot of students from the civil engineering department are interested in going for civil core placement. They usually prefer non- core domains like finance, consult, software, coding, design etc. Others usually prefer to go for higher education.
Placements: IIT-Bombay has recorded 66 international offers to students this year. The institute's year-long placement drives began in July 2021, with 2,056 students registering for placements and 1,184 students registering for internships. This year, 1,431 candidates accepted job offers, whereas it was 1,150 in the previous year. As per the statement issued by IIT-Bombay, 332 companies offered 1,878 jobs over two phases of placements, of which 1,441 offers were accepted by students. The highest domestic sa...
Placements: About 75% of students are placed. The average salary package offered is 15 LPA and the highest may be around 1 CP. Many students got internships from the second year onwards in great companies and many promising startups.
Placements: ESE is a core branch, and it provides you with an opportunity to do research and development. In the previous year, approximately 95% of the total batch got placed. The average salary package offered is around 18 LPA. Companies like Google, Apple, Microsoft, Reliance, Samsung, Sony, Accenture, etc., come to hire students. IITB also tied up with Monash University (Australia) to do research in environmental and sustainability so that students take part in the innovation sector instead of running b...
Placements: All students who had registered for placements were placed in top companies. The top roles offered are business analyst, software developer engineer, consultant, and associate consultant. The highest salary package offered was around 32 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 8 LPA.
Placements: Placements are great and good study environment is provided to students of IIT Bombay. Top companies recruit from IIT Bombay. It's really quite good with more than 80% of the students getting placed every year. Every year, IIT Bombay's placement team releases year wise report at (http://placements.iitb.ac.in).
Placements: Around 92.13% of students get placed every year. Over 140 companies came for placements. The highest salary package offered is 1.5 CPA, while the average ranges between 15 LPA and 30 LPA. Both core and non-core companies come for recruitment.
Placements: The placement ratio of our college is 100%. All students who sit for placements get placed and many go for higher studies. Top recruiters include big companies such as Reliance, etc., in the core chemical field. Many students go for non-core placements in the fields of technology, IT, finance, and consultancy. The salary packages vary in core companies from 8 LPA to 20 LPA and in non-core companies, it is from 10 LPA to 30 LPA. Some students get more than 30 LPA.
Placements: Most of the students in our programme get placed, and the top positions available are in finance and software. Top chemical engineering hiring organisations include Hindustan Unilever, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, etc. About 70-80% students in our course receive internship offers, however others chose to pursue internships off-campus.
Placements: Placements are really good, one of the highest average packages for computer Science and the highest % of people selected who applied for placements. However placement scene for core is not on a good growth and infact decreasing forcing people to choose non core fields like consultancy, finance, tech etc.
Placements: In our college, almost 95% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 7 LPA. Students are placed in BARC. Many students get internships in the 5th semester and many students opt for non-core jobs in tech-related industries. So salary packages are high and job titles are similar to those of B.Tech in computer science engineering.
Placements: In our college, almost 90% of students who took this course were placed. The average salary package offered is 12 LPA. The top role offered in sustainability development. This is a very interesting course for those who want to help in improving the living conditions in India. It is a very interesting course and I would surely recommend it to students to take it up.
Placements: Well, we all know IIT Bombay doesn't need any introduction, it is one of the finest colleges of engineering (indeed the best), its placements are just amazing, and you get the best exposure here in everything. Its entrepreneurship culture is good. The only drawback which I feel is the hostels (the rooms are small).
Placements: About 95% of the batch gets placed. The majority do on-campus or off-campus internships. IIT Bombay tag helps a lot during off-campus applications. The highest salary package offered is more than 50 LPA, which is generally tech-oriented. Non-core companies in finance and consulting also hire a huge number of students from IITB.
Placements: In our college, around 95% of students are placed and almost 35% of students are placed on the very first day of recruitment and the remaining get their jobs within a week. The highest salary package offered is 65 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 15 LPA by Tata Motors. Around 60% of students are placed at Jio, Tata, etc. Top roles offered are energy engineers and scientists.
Placements: 90-92 % who applied for the placements have got the job. The company which is considered the best for Electrical Core are Texas Instruments and Qualcomm. Electrical peeps have the higher chances than any other branch people to go to diverse fields pretty well.
Placements: What I have heard from my seniors placement in branches like CS and electrical are 100% or close to it. Every year we hear the highest package of above 1 crores CTC. The lowest packages are around 9lpa and average I heard about is 20 LPA. Many students take PPO given after their internship period in reputed companies like texas and Qualcomm. Many people go for software developer role from our course.
Placements: In the electrical engineering dual degree program, about 98.5% of students were placed in the previous year. The highest salary package offered was 2 CPA by Uber, the lowest was more than 10 LPA, and the average was around 22 LPA. Top recruiters are Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, and Intel.
Placements: Placements at IIT Bombay are pretty decent. Almost all branches have a 100% placement rate. All of this depends on where you intern in your 3rd-year summer because a lot of students take up the pre-placement offer given by the company they interned at.
Placements: In the electrical engineering dual degree program, about 98.5% of students were placed in the previous year. The highest salary package offered was 2 CPA by Uber, the lowest was more than 10 LPA, and the average was around 22 LPA. Top recruiters are Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, Atomberg, Intel, and Nvidia. In our batch, many students got internships in various fields like IT, software, consulting, finance, data science, data analytics, etc. Jane Street offered Rs. 1500000 per month and Quadeye o...
