Great college to start your career in merchant navy.
Placements: Approximately 96% of students get placed every year. There is nothing like the highest or lowest package, but approximately 600 stipend is offered by most companies. Pacific Basin is the mass recruiter. Almost every cadet gets placements in companies like MOL, NYK, SYNERGY, PB, etc.
Infrastructure: There is a fully air-conditioned computer lab, library, and normal classes, with fans; other classes are also air-conditioned, except for the ones in which normal classes are being run. The mess offers you the best food possible, and if you are a non-vegetarian, you get to eat chicken daily.
Faculty: The faculty is very helpful to you and offers you great mentorship as well. Obviously, this course makes you completely ready to sail all around the world, and B.Sc. gives you an overall experience of how to sustain on a ship and carry out all the work needed on a ship.

Review of IMU Navi Campus, TS Chanakya.
Placements: Well Placement is good and above 90%. The package depends on a lot of things. Companies like Pacific Basin, NYK, DynoCams, etc. come for placement. Salary depends on the company and your skills. Placement starts in the second year of your course.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure, a good classroom, and Wi-Fi are provided. There are 3 labs. A library with various books is there. Good hostels are there. The food quality is good in the mess and canteen, both. Medical facilities are provided. Sports and games are played on the ground and in court areas.
Faculty: Most faculty members are captains here and they have a lot of experience, so their teaching is easy to understand. There are 6 semesters and 2 exams every year for 3 years. Yes, this course will make you industry-ready. Exams are not too difficult and can be passed easily.

Best institute for BSc Nautical Science with a good college life & the highest return on investment.
Placements: TS Chanakya is known for its legacy, and the placement rate here is about 95 percent. Note: 5% are those who have not cleared their semester exams. Even if you pass all exams with no disciplinary action, you will get into top companies in the maritime world. Companies that come here for recruiting include Chevron, NYK, MOL, Dynacom, Home, Torm, Pacific Basin, East away, Feet, Anglo Eastern, M.Sc. MSI, Maersk, and Wallem, among many more. Stipend during cadetship ranges from around $400 to $1200, depending on the company. East away is offering around 95,000 Rupees to cadets on their ship. Once you clear your COC and become a 3rd officer, your salary will be anywhere around $2500 to $3500.
Infrastructure: TS Chanakya, IMU Navi Mumbai Campus provides all the facilities required for cadets. 24/7 Wi-Fi is available with a decent speed of 10mbps. The labs are equipped with all the basic physics, electronics, and maritime equipment for easy and practical learning. The library, mostly filled with maritime books, is open from 9am to 7pm. The classrooms are equipped with smart TVs for easy explanations but don't have AC. The campus serves the best quality food with fruits, including non-veg options for four days and biryani on Sundays. While the canteen is available, it doesn't offer a variety of food options. A medical doctor is available in the morning and evening for three hours, providing basic medicine. The campus provides all types of game equipment, from hockey to table tennis.
Faculty: The teachers here at TS Chanakya are mostly retired Captains, so you can understand the level of practical knowledge they have. This practical knowledge helps students build their concepts, as it is a completely practical field. The curriculum has recently been modified to be more industry-related, which is the reason for the high placement rate. If you devote only 3 hours every day to your studies, you will definitely pass your exams. However, if you want to top the exams, you will really have to work hard. Around 90 percent of cadets clear their exams in one go.
Other: I chose this course because of the job profile offered after completing it. High salary and long vacations are the two major reasons. I would like it if more practical knowledge is imparted to cadets so that they don't face any difficulties onboard. The cadets organize fests and many other events every year. Scholarships are offered to female cadets and EWS cadets of SC cadets.

Very good placement record. You will definitely get placed by the end of your course.
Placements: Placement on our campus is almost 100%. All my seniors got placed with big shipping companies. Many companies visit our campus for placement, like Chevron, Pasific Basin, NYK, MOL, FML, K Lies, Anglo Eastern, MSI, Wilhelmsen Ship Management, Transworld, M.Sc. and BW only for GCs.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average. The food available is good. Medical facilities are there; separate CMOs come to the campus each day, one in the morning and one in the evening. Cadets get a very good opportunity in sports, games and extracurricular activities. Inter-campus competitions are held, and top matches are held every year.
Faculty: All the faculty members are experienced captains who have sailed on board before. They are well qualified and helpful, too. Semester exams have an average level of difficulty. To be honest, you don't have to study all the time; studying just a month before exams is more than enough. The passing percentage is 50%.
Other: Campus life is very good. I chose this course to have a great college life full of memories and hostel experiences, and apart from that, B.Sc. Cadets are more valuable in this field.

It is a training institute that trains us to join merchant ships.
Placements: In our college, almost all students are placed. The salary offered is Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 100000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Synergy, Home, NYK, Maersk Line, MOL, etc., visit our campus. Almost 95% of students are placed. The top role offered is deck cadet.
Infrastructure: Our college provides all facilities. All cadets have to do is consistently study and focus on their careers. The campus is well-maintained. Our college provides good infrastructure.
Faculty: Our teachers are captains who have deep knowledge of nautical subjects. Our teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. You need to give constant effort to do well in semester exams. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. Its uniqueness and challenge attracted us the most.

Satisfied with the campus because of good campus placement and very green environment in campus.
Placements: At the IMU Navi Mumbai campus, 60 to 70% of students were placed. It has a dedicated placement cell that helps students get placed. The highest package for a student as a deck cadet is $800, and it gets higher as the rank increases. M.Sc. Synergy, Chevron, Nyk, and Fleet Management are among the top companies that visit campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is good. All the facilities are available on campus, like Wi-Fi computer labs, a library, a sports field for mustering, and a swimming pool. The medical facility is not good on campus, but there is a hospital near campus, and the transport facility is good to reach the hospital. There is everything related to a ship to help in the training of a student to make him or  her a cadet. The hostel is sufficient for students; it is spacious and has good water and electricity supplies. The environment of the campus is good. The mess food is good. The canteen is there, but not many things are there.
Faculty: The faculty is helpful to the students. The teachers are highly qualified because the majority of them are retired merchant navy officers. The teaching quality is good. The entire course is irrelevant; some subjects, such as math and physics, are not required, but only in the first year; from the second to the third year, all studies are relevant. All the three-year courses make a person industry-ready. The campus makes you tough to survive the ship atmosphere and challenges.
Other: The course is good for the merchant navy if you want to become an officer in the merchant navy. The course helps to strengthen your core so that you get help on ship and also clear the exams that come after becoming an officer. The course should eliminate the irrelevant subject. The person coming to campus should be emotionally and physically strong, as there is more physical work here. Students are not permitted to leave campus and must remain on campus for a week until permission is granted. There is no leave given to go home until a serious situation has arrived. There are many extracurricular activities. The scholarship is given to girls only from the company, not from the campus.
