Placements: There are many opportunities for fresher in indus University. As training and placement department somehow managed to call some good company and mnc. Last year 100% placement in CE, EC, IT department but in mechanical and automobile it varies between 20-50%. .
Placements: Training and placements department is very helpful for students. Mostly, the placements in the computers or IT branch is above 70% and for other branches, it reached 30% to 40% placement. Third Wave, Snapdeal, Coca-Cola and many reputed companies visited the campus. In training internship, approximately Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 7,000 stipend is offered.
Placements: There are no placements done. The interviewers just come for time pass. No one selected in the campus interview. I think they hire men to organise a campus interview. So, if you are considering for good placements, then I will suggest you not to take admission here. You can take admission in the college for studying and gaining knowledge.
Placements: The college has about 20-30% of the students getting placed every year. The average package offered was 2-3 LPA. The major recruiters of the college are TCS, Accenture, etc. The highest salary offered for the year 2017 was 5LPA. The major placements are for the computer engineering branch, but the rest of the branches also have an average placement chance.
Placements: The placement package in BY JUS is 9 lacs as a lecturer. The average package is around 2.5-3 lacs for the mechanical students. Many companies visit IU. Coca-Cola is coming to the campus drive very soon. Other companies that come for the placements are L&T, Mahindra, Maruthi. The placement cell is very active.
Placements: There is a better placement scenario since last 2-3 years. The lowest package for b.tech was 1.5 lacs per annum, and the highest was 9 lacs per annum. The average salary is about 3-3.5 lacs per annum. The BYJU, L&T, Decathlon, etc., hired the students from the mechanical branch. The college is improving by providing internships and hands-on workshops.
Placements: The placement is sometimes good, and sometimes it is the worst. We have seen some seniors getting Rs. 10 lakh-annual packages, and most of the others didn't get any. Big companies are now coming to Indus since the last two years. Even different colleges come to this college for better placements.
Placements: The placements offered in our college are not much as expected by the students. The companies visited here all are of small-scale industries and few big scale industries like L&T, Yexspin, etc. The salaries offered to the students the minimum was Rs. 15,000 and the maximum are up to Rs. 50,000-60,000. The college just provides us theory knowledge not provide much practical knowledge.
Placements: Indus University has best placements ratio. Every year 75 to 80 percent students receive placements. The highest Salary offered was around 20 lakhs, and the average salary is around 5 to 7 lakhs. The companies like TCS, L&T Infotech, Infosys, Accenture, Snapdeal etc., visited our campus. And placement ratio graph is increasing every year by year in our university from 60 to 80 percent.
Placements: Our college is very good in final-year students' placements. Several MNCs came for recruitment of students last year for various departments. 10 lacs was the highest package last year and the average package was 2.5 lacs. 40% students got internships from Indus University. Tata Motors, POSCO, Mahindra, Bajaj, Bharat Forge, Electrotherm, etc. are some of the industries which have visited our college for students' placements.
Placements: Placements were quite good especially for computer department, but the pay scale was disappointing as the average salary offered was 2-5 lakhs per annum. Reputed companies visited such as TCS, Einfochips, Gateway and Eclinics are some that I remember but much more were there. Some placements are combined with other colleges too. Roles were okay and most of them were technical assistant and software engineer. The average stipend offered was around 5-10,000 per month, As for my batch, most of them...
Placements: Many companies come to the college for placements. Some of the companies are Adani Power Lt, Asia Motor works, Bosch, Rexroth, L&T, IBM, Indian Army, Neesa Technology, Tamboli Casting, Thomson, etc. Students got placed whose CGPA was between 7-9.5. The salary offered was around 2.25-3.5 lakhs per annum.
Placements: The placement process was good as compared to other GTU colleges. There was a good number of companies coming up for the placements. Some students got placed with a package of 2.4-3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infochips, Indian Navy and Elitecore technologies. The role offered as a software developer. Almost 90% of the students got internships. The stipend was between Rs.1,000-5,000 per month.
Placements: Placements do arrive for final year students. Mostly for computer, IT branches. A girl last year got 7.5 lakhs from computer branch. TCS and Electrotherm were amongst them, though the number of students placed was on the lower side. Around 6-7% of the students got placements mostly from computers and IT, while mechanical, civil and automobile were branches with the least offerings of placements.
Placements: Placements are quite average. A few companies came to recruit, no doubt the placement team worked their level best for all the students. Around 10 percent got placed as many wanted to do further studies. Regarding internships, we had to search the companies by ourselves but for the students who could not search, there were arrangements for them too.
Placements: The placement in core field was not much except 1 or 2 companies, only sales and executives types of jobs were much. In core sector companies, two classmates of our batch were placed in one MNC whose placement drive was too in another college. They were given a package of around 2.2 lacs p.a. They were recruited as a graduate engineer trainee. Overall the placement was not up to the mark.
Placements: The placement provided by the college is excellent for the students of electrical and mechanical engineering. Many companies visit the college but it does not provide placement to the civil engineering students. The training and placement cell is not active enough to provide guidance to the students.
Placements: The branch has been established in 2012 and we are the first passed out batch of it. The placement cell gave their efforts to get all the students placed. 30% of the students got the campus placement and a few had got a job through through their own efforts. But, most of the students were inclined towards pursuing Master's(MBA/M.Tech/MS).
Placements: The Placements could have been better. Companies from various parts of the country did arrive but they were not offering the package required. More efforts could have been made. The profiles offered was pretty much that of a graduate engineering trainee.
Placements: There is not any placement that occurred in our batch. 0 percent of the students were placed. All of the students got a job on their own. The highest salary may be rupees 18000 and lowest is rupees 5500 per month. No company visited the campus for placement. The faculty was good, especially Mr. Basa. No stipend was offered during any internship.
