I recommend that this college is very good for study and not for other things.
Placements: Placements are very hard to get or impossible to get. This college is very helpful to any student to try for placements. Many companies visit our college for placements. From our college, more than 36% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPa. Many students are interested in doing internships.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is very good. There is no disturbance, and there will be no sounds from vehicles. Wi-Fi is provided any two days a week. Labs have very new instruments and projectors also. Classrooms are huge and have many benches. The library is very good and huge. There is not any canteen. The food is available in our college. Hostels are at a long distance from our college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful with any difficult exams. They are very helpful to qualify in NATA, and they have a master's degree. Their teaching quality is very good, but online teaching is very dull. Our course curriculum is very good, and all the studies are involved in this subject. This is very helpful.

It has good infrastructure and that attracted me, and the academics are great here.
Placements: Approximately 20 students got placed from 180 students. The lowest package offered is 2 LPA, and the highest package is 6 LPA. All the students who were interested got internships in different organisations. Senior engineer, BDA, junior engineer and specialist roles were offered by different reputed companies. We can go for off-campus placements as well, and the placement team helps us with that too.
Infrastructure: Every facility is available in our college. Our college is small, but the facilities are of top class in every way with high-quality maintenance. Hostel life is great, and the relationship with the warden is very comfortable. Sports and other activities are conducted.
Faculty: All the professors are well qualified with PhD degrees from IITs and NITs. During exams, the professors guide us to score well, and the exams are not that tough if we study in the right way and follow our professors' guidance. They are always supportive.
Other: I love to be engaged with machines, so I chose mechanical engineering. To improve it, we can expand our campus to get top labs established in the college. In our college, there aren't many fests, but the few we have attended and organised were memorable.

Good for improving your engineering skills but extra curricular activities will not improve.
Placements: Passing out batch was well placed. Many had got admission in the foreign university. Many got admission in M.tech in IITs. Many had opted to do an MBA and they got admission IIM. The students who are placed got salary 30000 to 50000 in companies like Wipro, Boeing, Torrent power etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is perfect for the students to study College provides wifi 250mb per day per student. Labs are well equipped with all equipment and machines. Classroom and library are maintained well. The hostel is not on campus, it is approximately 10km away but the college provides bus facilities. The bus takes approx 20min to reach to college from hostel. Mess food is not good as per fess and college do not have a canteen. As per college rule if you want to live in a hostel then the mess is compulsory. Fess are available on site.
Faculty: All teachers are PhD qualified. The curriculum is of IIT Gandhinagar. The curriculum provides enough knowledge to work in any industry. Curriculum more focuses on practical. Teachers are friendly after 1st year and curriculum becomes interesting as years go on passing. Passing criteria is 40% and it is not difficult as its regular assessment system.
Other: I like manufacturing subject so I chose the mechanical branch. The best thing about this branch is you can see actually what is happening and its really easy than any other branch as it is interesting. College is very poor in arranging any events, they say that they do not have funds so events are hardly arranged say once in one semester.

Our college is better than the other government colleges, but it is not as good as IITs or NITs.
Placements: According to my knowledge, in the previous year, only four companies visited our college and hired mechanical engineers. Only 5 to 6 students out of 60 of our senior batch got placed through college placements, and some students went for higher studies. Four companies visited our college to offer placements, and they are TBEA, Jaivel Aerospace, Shapoorji Pallonji, and GNFC. Internships are offered in the first-year summer vacation of the students. It was useless because we didn't have any core knowledge at that time. The whole internship was wasted, and due to that, students' image was spoiled. Very few internships are offered by the college for the second and third-year students, so students have to find an internship on their own and it becomes difficult when students don't have any contacts or relations.
Infrastructure: Quality of classrooms is good, but we don't have enough labs. Only manufacturing and FM lab is developed while other labs have one or two or no equipment. Wi-Fi and medical facilities are quite good. For sports, a very small ground is available in the college. The quality of food served in the college is good, and it is maintained. Hostel facilities are good, but the hostel is too far from college which is around 11 kilometres. The only advantage in the labs is we have Siemens COE Labs, where various courses are offered.
Faculty: The faculty members and course curriculum are average. Some of the faculty members are excellent, some are good, and some are the worst. There are no proper faculty members for some subjects like FM and material handling. Most of the faculty members are knowledgeable, but they don't have good teaching skills. Quality of industry exposure provided is poor.
Other: Till now, only one technical fest was organised in our college. Students get very less exposure in terms of events and extracurricular activities here. Due to the narrow mind thinking and beliefs of faculty members, only a few art clubs are established, and they are also only music clubs but no dance clubs.

The infrastructure of the college is not insufficient.
Placements: Only 3 to 4 students out of 180 got placed on the campus placements. The placement officers are working hard, but couldn't succeed. The students have many skills. Most of the placements are only due to the student's efforts. Students get placements on their own.
Infrastructure: We have poor infrastructure. There is no 24-hours water facility. The location of the campus is also worse. We have no sports facilities. We don't have a cricket ground, volleyball ground, or football ground in the college. The labs are not well-maintained especially the mechanical engineering department labs. We don't even have a hostel facility nearby.
Faculty: The faculty members are the heart of the college. The fame of college is only due to faculty members. The course curriculum is good. The faculty members have completed their M.Tech and PhD. The teaching assistants help the students in completing their projects.

Yes, it's a good college to pursue that but you have to perform well in your studies.

If you are genuinely into studies then a resounding yes. Campus life is poor.

The first batch of mechanical students are yet to graduate. They will do so in 2018. But, looking at the placements for electrical and civil engineering, there were encouraging signs regarding placements. The highest package went upto 8.5 lakhs INR pa and almost half of the students who sat for camp
