Placements: The highest package is 37 LPA, and the faculty is extremely good. Also, proper labs are provided with good infrastructure. Also, seniors are really very helpful in every task possible. Also, it is an over 100-year-old branch, which has the only impulse generator in the high-voltage lab in the whole of North India.

Placements: The university is known for its excellent placement facilities, especially in the engineering departments, where the highest salary package can exceed 1 crore and the average package is around 15 lakh per annum. However, final year Master's students in Biotechnology are also eligible for placement, and some have been placed in companies such as Nestle and other regional companies. Most Biotech graduates from Jadavpur University prefer to do research at a premier institute in India or abroad.

Placements: Placements in my branch were about 96% last year. The highest package was about 40 LPA and the lowest was about 4.5 LPA. Average was nearly 10-12 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Texas Instruments, PWC and Airbus. The percentage of on-campus internships was a little low, about 15%. Top roles offered were in core, Consultancy and software.

Placements: On average 90% of students get placements. About 18 LPA is the highest paid and 2.4 LPA is the lowest paid. Many companies come here to hire students. Many students got intern about 90% of students get internships. WBCS officer is the most common role in our department.

Placements: The English department doesn't provide placements; rather, we can get recommended by professors, which might take us a long way. Placements: The college offers placement opportunities to students from the 4th year. Companies like Deloitte, Godrej, Pepper Fry, EY, PWC, etc., are invited to the college for providing placement opportunities. The highest package offered is 7 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Most of the students come from business backgrounds, and therefore they tend to join their businesses after graduation.

Placements: Approximately 90% of students secured positions in various IT firms. The highest salary package reached 49 LPA from Amazon, with an average of 8 LPA. Key recruiters included Amazon, Media.net, Tata Digital, JP Morgan, and Aditya Birla. Roles offered were software developer, data scientist, and senior analyst.

Placements: There is no compulsory placement system in the Arts faculty, although we do have a Placement Cell, and through that one can easily get information and be notified about placements. Most of the students go on to higher studies. Our department offers integrated courses, so if you are planning for higher studies in history, I would definitely suggest you join us.
