Good infrastructure, but lack of extra curricular activities.

Placements: The placements in our college used to be very good but the rate is declining every year. Even the good coders are getting jobs in mass recruiters because of the college's incompetency and also the fact that the college does not support much extra curricular activities, which I believe plays a major role in personality development and hence, placements. The college needs to improve on the extra curricular department.

One of the best private engineering colleges in Delhi NCR, although lacks in quality teachers.

Placements: Placement this year wasn't up to the mark. The college saw a reduction in the number of companies that came to hire. Companies such as Amazon, Infosys, Cognizant came to recruit, but the number of students they hired this time is far less than the previous batches. The highest offer was given by Amazon at 22 lakhs per anum. The average salary varied from 3.5-4 lpa. Companies such as HCL and IBM offer internships. According to the test conducted, these companies take students for internships. Mos...

Overall, satisfied with my choice of college.

Placements: Many companies like Amazon, APAC, Barclays, Cognizant, Deloitte, Grofers, Incendo, Infosys, SAP Labs, Zomato and much more come for the recruitment process and minimum package offered is 3 lakhs to 4 lakhs per annum and maximum package offered varies for different companies. The placement percentage in the previous batch 2011-2016 is as follows, CSE-154%, IT-139%, EC-140%, BIOTECH-96%.

A good college for average students also.

Placements: Almost 85-90% students got at least 1 offer in my batch. If you are having an average technical knowledge and good analytical skills, then you could easily get at least 1 offer here very easily. In my batch, during the placement year, 90+ companies visited on campus and the average package offered was around 3.6 lacs per annum. Around 200+ students got a job with a package of above 5.5 lacs per annum, which was a big achievement. The students got placed in all companies like Amazon, Deloitte, E...

Not to worry. You are at the right place, JIIT.

Placements: The placement era in JIIT starts from the beginning of the 7th semester. The first company which visits from the past 5-6 years is Deloitte then Amazon, Barclay, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, NTT, Polaris, Ernst and Young, Ariecent, Ericsson, Kronos and startup companies also. The role offered by these companies varies according to their requirements. But most of these companies are from the IT sector so if someone is pursuing electronics and communication or biotechnology stream and he/she wants t...

Nice hostel and good at placements. Teaching is really good.

Placements: Placements of 2015-16 batch were the best of all time in JIIT but in 2016-17, season companies like Amazon and Deloitte started taking a few students with some good offers. Overall, the placements are average. The highest is from amazon i.e. 25 LPA and the average package is around 3-4 LPA here. Average jobs are offered by TCS, Infosys and so on. Students were offered both core and telecommunication jobs. 60-70% students got internships and as far as I know, the average stipend is around 5k - 8k...

Placements: The placement of previous year batch was quite good. The job percentage stood at 152% for Computer science batch, 148% for IT and EC. The highest package offered was 28LPA. The average package stood at 6.5LPA for CS and 5.5LPA for EC. The core recruiters were Amazon and Deloitte, while Wipro, Infosys, and TCS turned out to be mass recruiters. Several other companies find potential students.

Bad and over qualified faculty, okay placements, decent coders and bad infrastructure.

Placements: Placements of our senior batch were very good with each one of them having 2-3 offers. Our placements were not so good but not very bad either. Highest offered was 27 LPA by Amazon and the average being 3-5-4 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, amazon etc. visited us. All kinds of roles were offered like that of a software developer and a marketing consultant. It was like, you name the profile and some company will definitely have it.

Placements: Since 2008, placement of computer science students is 100% and above. For other branches like ECE, biotechnology, the placement ratio varies from 50 to 110%. The average salary of the students is 3.4 LPA. The highest package offering company is Amazon which offered 28 LPA for 2017 batch and selected 2 students. A decent private college. Apart from mass recruiters, big MNCs do pick the creamy layer.

Placements: The placements of this college are just like other private colleges. A majority of the students are recruited by the mass recruiters like Infosys. TCS etc. However, a few companies like Amazon, Zomato etc also come for the college placements and take the cream layer students. The maximum package of 23 LPA was offered to 7-8 students, and the average salary is 3-5 lakhs.

I will consider this as an above average college.

Placements: The Placements of the college are good compared to other colleges of Noida. Almost every eligible student gets at least 1 offer during placements. Highest CTC is given by Amazon ranging between 21 lpa to 29 lpa. Other notable companies include Deloitte, Flipkart, Paytm, Wipro etc whose CTC ranges between 10 lpa to 16 lpa. Average package is around 3.8 lpa.

JIIT is a bad decision for Electronics and Communication students.

Placements: I am currently in the final year (8th semester) and the placements are still on. The placements started since when I was in 7th semester, approximately 40 small and big companies have already visited including Infosys and Cognizant (mass recruiters). But there is one thing I would like to mention, the placements for ECE is worst here. If anyone desires to join this college for B.Tech, do that only if you get the CSE or IT branch. I would like to mention that more than 80% ECE students are still ...

Placements: Many companies visited our campus, including Amazon, Deloitte, EY, Belzabar, Infosys, Cognizant, SquadRun, Vehant Technologies, etc. The total number of companies was around 40-50. This year, placements were less as compared to previous years. Mass recruiters which took around 500 students took only 250 students. Other companies were taking only 4-5 students on an average. Placements: Placement is very good. Here there is a great demand of JIITians in the field of computer science due to which many companies come here for recruitment. The students get a very good package in excellent companies. Here the placement is around 150-250% on an average for a computer science student. Many companies like Amazon, Deloitte, Zomato, Grofers, Blackstone, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Kuliza, Wipro etc come here for recruitment. Infrastructure, course and food is great but the faculty are poor.

Placements: When I took the admissions here, the placements were fine but this year, the placements have taken a big hit. The college authorities keep telling us that the reason behind this is the recession in the IT industry. Most of the students are recruited by Infosys, Accenture and Cognizant, but the bright ones surely make it to Amazon, Kuliza or Delloite. The ratio of the normal to bright students here is 100:1.
