Review of Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: As I'm currently studying in second year, I don't know all details of the placements and job opportunities. But from what I've heard from my college seniors, they told me that if we get a moderate score, one can easily get a dream package. The highest salary package offered is 89 LPA.

Mainly, the college is good, and you have to focus on skills.

Placements: Placements are average because the placement depends on the skills that we gain in four years of our college life. In B.Tech, the percentage of placement is around 50-70%, which I think is average. Generally, all placements are with CTC, with an average package of 5-6 Lacs. The highest package is 45 Lacs, and the lowest package is 70k per year.

Overall, the college is below average.

Placements: The placements are average in this college, and companies visit very often in this college and offer a very low package according to the eligibility, and students used to take placements from outside the campus. Only a few students get the package according to their eligibility.

I'm satisfied with my college, as it depends on how much hard work you put in.

Placements: In my college, the placement offered to the students is average, although some students get a 16 to 20 Lacs per annum package. Many companies visit our campus, like Infosys and other IT companies. If I talk about internships, it depends on the students, as many students take internships on their own.

JUET: A Boon or Curse?

Placements: Every year about half of the students definitely get placed. It's a good number when the number of students admitting in the course is about a minimum of 300 due to board criteria. The placement of JUET is pretty underrated. A common placement is at JIIT.

For 2024, the highest package is 24 LPA, the average package is 4.5 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are ION, LTIMINDTREE, ACCENTURE, and several startups. I joined the university in 2022 because placements of 2022 were mind-blowing.

Placements: Placements per year due to the level of students, you have to be in touch with your seniors and other college students, make connections with brilliant minds. The training and placement cell, from time to time, sends students emails regarding any internship or any certification. The university conducts seminars regarding placements and skills.

Strong infrastructure, supportive faculty, and industry-ready curriculum with decent placements.

Placements: Placements at JUET are generally favorable with strong companies like Accenture, Cisco and ZS Associates. The highest package recently was 44 Lacs, while the average revolves around 6 LPA. The university placement activities begin in the sixth semester and the university placement cell actively coordinates with various companies to ensure a steady flow of opportunities for students. At least 90 percent of students get placed.
