Somewhat dissatisfied with the destitute number of placement opportunities available. Good for CSE.

Placements: Placements started with TCS and Infosys. Core jobs were low and kept going bad. We were even called to appear for one of the core companies to Jaypee Noida (India Glycols) once the college got over. Overall, not that good for chemical specifically. Great and multiple opportunities for CS and EC.

Good infrastructure with a better college life than UPTU colleges.

Placements: Placement record was 95%. The highest package was 27 LPA from Amazon and average package was 3.75 LPA. Mostly, big MNCs visited the college. Except the MNCs, various startups visited college and placed high number of the students on a good salary package. Roles offered were software developers and business analyst, etc. Many students got internships in various big companies.

A vast opportunity for a better career.

Placements: Many of the well-known companies like Infosys, Wipro, Flipkart Amazon and Cognizant etc. visited our campus in the current working year and approximately 89% students got placed, which is really a good number and they searched for students who do have relevant knowledge about the subject. They were basically looking for web developers (backend and frontend), software engineers, analysts and some more relevant to the field. The maximum package popped up at 24 LPA and the minimum was between 3-5 ...

Good infrastructure and facilities with very good placements.

Placements: Placements in this college are reasonably good. For computer science and electronics branch, there are numerous companies coming for recruitments, but placements are centralised, so students have to go to JIIT, Noida for placements. Many companies like Amazon, Accunity soft, Code-brew, Future First and Ericsson are coming for recruitments and providing packages up to 27 LPA. For other CORE branches (chemical, civil, mechanical), various companies come to the campus itself and students have a ve...

JUET hails in all areas from infrastructure, academics, research, facilities and placements.

Placements: The placement season at JUET hails from the beginning of the final year. Big IT giants Infosys, Cognizant and Wipro recruit the most number of students irrespective of their branches. Some big names like Amazon, CodeNation, HP and E&Y offer some high-end packages. The highest offered package at JUET is 27.5 lacs per annum by Amazon in 2016. Apart from these, some core companies like Ericsson, Adani Wilmar, Continental Automotives, L&T and many others also visit JUET for placements. Every year, a...

Good college with good placements.

Placements: Being a part of this college, I would share a genuine review about the placement process which I have witnessed throughout my college life. Our college offers placement in a ratio of 80:20. Sometimes students have a choice of at least two offer letters in their hand. That all depends on the economic situation going on (like recession period etc). The highest package which got offered to one or two students of our college was around 9 lakhs at that time and the minimum was 3 lakhs. As per my know...

Great infrastructure but bad from research point of view.

Placements: Placements were good in our senior batch but the present year scenario is not quite good as the number of companies visiting the campus have declined and also, the regular visiting mass recruiters have decreased the number of students they hire. Previous year, the placement percentage was about 80% but this year till now only about 10% are placed. College has tie up with Amazon which comes for hiring every year with a CTC of 27 LPA, and the lowest package is that of mass recruiters of 3.2 LPA. M...

Good college, great placement committe, beautiful infrastucture and graded A by the NAAC team.

Placements: The placements of my batch have just begun. Though it is going on at a very slow pace, Infosys took 75, Wipro 28 and Cognizant 5. Yet it's just a beginning and more companies are yet to come. Our senior batch had a very good placement where out of 435 eligible students 340 got placed. The highest package offered last year was 27.5 lakhs per annum by Amazon. There is no lowest salary and the average salary is about 3.25-3.80 lakhs per annum. The companies that visit our campus includes some bi...

Good investment of 4 precious years of life.

Placements: Placement of IT sector branches is very good. Before taking their feet out of their college life, most of CS/IT/EC people have at least one job in their hand. My batch's placement process is going on but a significant number of students are already placed in prestigious MNCs. Let's talk about core branch (civil, mechanical) people. Fairly speaking in respect of IT sector branches, placement of core branches are very low as most of the companies in manufacturing and real estate sector doesn't rec...

A Good University for your engineering experience.

Placements: There is common placement for the three sister institutions i.e Jaypee Noida, Jaypee Solan and Jaypee Guna. All the activities happen in Noida campus for which one has to travel to Noida each time a company visits and he gets shortlisted in the written test which happens in respective institutions. So, the number of companies visiting are good in number and not only startups but well established companies by that I mean the big names also visit the institute. Every year about 75-80% students get...

Good infrastructure and has got a A grade from NAAC team.

Placements: Placements are very decent at our college. One of our senior got a package of 22 LPA in a well-known Multinational company. Average package is of 3.5 LPA this year and the highest package offered was 12 LPA. The college does not provide internships to the students.

Overall, a good college with well-qualified faculty. The main drawback is the lack of exposure

Placements: The placements of computer science and engineering and electronics and communications streams are good. Up to the last year, the placement was nearly 90% for CSE and EC branches. But, the placements for civil engineering and mechanical engineering are not good. A large number of CSE companies are visiting and offering good packages. Some of the companies are Amazon, Infosys, Ericsson, Wipro, Cognizant, Zycus, eLitmus and Abyeti. The highest package offered last year was around 22 lacs, and the s...

Sentence that can summarise my review is- "Give it a try and explore the things here"

Placements: Placement is quite satisfactory in comparison to other colleges. But there is still a big margin to generate opportunities for core branch fellows. As per rough estimate around 50% of the students are placed this year. This year highest, lowest and average package offered is worth around Rs. 2200000 , Rs. 300000 and Rs. 500000 respectively. Companies like Amazon, Indian Army, Indian Navy, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Avanti, Jaypee Chemicals, JMC etc. visited the campus. Students have been off...

Good facilities and faculty is available for students. University is under top 100 colleges in India

Placements: More than 60% student are selected from the university campus in civil engineering and more than 80% students are selected from CS and other branches. The highest package goes to 21 lakhs in CS and 6-7 lakhs in civil. In civil, L&T, TATA, JAYPEE etc. visit every year.

If you want a good hostel life and exposure to a great college, join here!

Placements: The last batch has got the maximum package of INR 27 lakhs. Placements of CS and EC is good in percent. More than 75% are placed in campus selection. CE and ME branch has low campus selection. They need to focus on your own for future options like GATE, etc. The T&P cell provides a good training and supports the students. The college is spread over 140 acres and has all the facilities for a student apart from academic needs. The college has a beautiful green campus and it is a place that allows students to study and work hard in addition to the enjoyment factor. It has a sports ground, gym arena and indoor games facility. The college has various youth clubs for overall development and technical societies for nurturing technical skills. The college has good infrastructure and facilities but it needs improvement in placements from the core companies. It has good laboratories, nice faculty, and, environment. I would like to suggest to not opt for the chemical branch as it's just a name. This college provides less exposure but hostel life is amazing.

Big campus with good internet connectivity. Good faculty members and labs in the college. Only drawback is that it is away from city. Hostel is cheaper than other colleges. Laundry facility included in hostel fees. Outside dhabas are best place to eat in evening.

One of the best research facility for civil and mechanical eng.in India (uptu the mark with IITs or NITs) with wind eng. Application Centre (only 3 in India). This college is good if you take admission in Computer science or Electronics branch. But if you opt for Mechanical or Civil then you will regret your whole life because there is no placement for them or they may give you a Labor job in your core field. High Fees and low placement is the perfect tagline for this college. Some faculty members too behave miserably after they started teaching here.
