Excellent course structure supported by well Qualified and knowledgeable teachers. Well equipment labs, very rarely found in the areas of chemical engineering. 4 best and memorable years of my life. Good and friendly atmosphere to live in. Gives importance to safety of students. Excellent food, unlike many other college messes. Excellent hostels and caring wardens. Proud to be part of this university.
I have mixed reviews for the college. The Campus is beautiful and a greener one, but the placements are not that good, especially for Chemical Engineering girl candidates. The Faculty Members and Administration of the college impose various rules and regulations and restrict students. According to me, I had a good experience of college life but the money that my parents invested for this education was not at all worth, as I am totally in a different stream now.
The college campus is really good. The mess is very clean and hostels facility is 100% for all the students who are interested in staying in the hostels. The teaching staff is well qualified. But the drawback is its in outskirts from the city . Laundry system is really good. The campus is of 125 acres. All the hostels are different for different years. The new auditoriam is really nice and daily requirement products are also available in the campus. Drawback i feel is the main for qll the studen...
The college fulfills all the criteria which an engineering student needs in order to excel in his/her career. Firstly, our college was located in a very remote location which isolates a student very much as compared to the other engineering colleges which have all those luxury amenities in the nearby cities which attract boys and girls. Our college gives the best opportunity for a student to concentrate much more on studies and other competitive exams. From my point of view, the bad thing about ...
CAMPUS: The campus is quite huge, with big lawns, playground, well-furnished hostels and a very good mess. Labs are well equipped and provide all the amenities required for the practical approach. The campus provides all the facilities like medical help, laundry, late night pantry, swimming pool etc. Faculty members and the course: All the faculty members are highly qualified, and most of them are IIT Alumni. The course was smooth and well formed. Placements: The placements are good for the I...
JUET has a nice looking campus with 120 acres area. The teachers here are well experienced and have done M.Tech from IITs. The placements are great as last year showed 365 job offers from Infy, Cogni and Wipro. As far as core branches are there like civil engg, the labs are the best and wind engg application Centre is going to be established here itself, which would be 3rd in India. So, this college provides a good platform to all branch students. I truly recommend this college for everyone.
It is good academics wise. But at last no placements and the location is just too bad. You have to sit in the placement for IT companies only. The college has no back for calling core companies even after having so many highly qualified faculty members. Only place to go for good lunch on Saturdays is Guna. Pathetic place to live and the crowd is not that good. Be careful while making choice. You can opt for CSE branch.
Regarding infrastructure, faculty, and campus life none of colleges in Madhya Pradesh can beat JUET. Most of the faculty is from IIT and a number of them have PHDs from abroad. Plenty of knowledge can be gained here. Bad part is its location, which is not so good. Regarding placements, student from CS, EC AND EEE are placed in well reputed companies, 100% placement for them.
The college campus was very good, makes for a good studying environment. Faculty was also good, they actually want to teach their students, not only theory but practical as well. The only thing that was missing is connectivity from the main city. If I have to summarize my college experience, it was awesome. There are a few points that I want to tell you: 1. College campus is good, it has space for all kinds of sports. 2. There is a lake inside the campus. 3. The mess food is good as compared to ...
I have studied mechanical engineering from JUET. Facility wise this place is the one you can count on. Faculty was excellent probably you can find some of the best faculty there but if you are looking a job in core then you would be disappointed. You can find some good jobs in CSE, EC but not in branches like M.tech. Etc.
It was an enriching experience, a great exposure to learning and career development. Faculty members were genuinely interested in students learning. The college had great facilities, state of the art labs, and AC classrooms/hostels. It was an enriching experience, a great exposure to learning and career development.
The college is good for IT, CS, ECE, good companies like Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, tcs come for recruitment and for core branches the option is also very good companies like Jaypee fertilizers, jaypee cement and nirma cement come for recruitment and for mechanical engineers the option is average as many companies don't come for recruitment and the same goes for civil engineering aspirants.
It is worst college. Just don’t opt for this college for your graduation. Fees is too high though infrastructure is good but apart from that everything is faked. It provides no placement. All, the administration wants is fee and they can do everything for that. I would not recommend this college to anyone.
Great campus with great placements especially CSE branch and core branches like civil have great scope as well. LABS are one of the best in India and such equipment’s are there which you won’t find easily in any other engineering college. Mostly, every faculty has done M.tech from IIT. Wind engineering application center has been setup here which is just the third one in India. Overall its worth joining for a great future.
Department of JP University Guna, is top class in India. Its lab level is equal to IITs and NITs. There are Fully Automated CIM machine in Mechanical Engineering. Department which cost near about 2 crore. Also in chemical engineering department, UK exported Controls machine are available for their lab experiment and there are also wind tunnel department also, which in only one in Madhya Pradesh. It was great experience to study there. But only problem is that Mark evaluation, Mark evaluation is...
The college infrastructure is good overall. All it lacks is taste in mess food and a cafe with a wide variety of food items. The ranking of the college has been going down lately and the quality of the newly admitted students is also going down. Campus life is not much exciting as students are left with nothing much to do. Some options: Gym, Sports (Cricket, Football, Basketball, Handball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Tennis) and a swimming pool for girls. The administration is very conservative and...
So, I am a Chemical Engineer. The college surely has good infrastructure and good faculty members (for our branch I am sure). The placements for our year were really good for IT Branches the highest package being 22 LPA and 5+ 4 LPA package with 90% of CSE & ECE Students being placed. However, the story for Core Branch like Mechanical, Civil & Chemical in terms of placement is a bit cruel only 5% of batch gets placed on an average. Bottom Line: Join this college if you don’t have good options...
It is an excellent college but the location is not that good. This college is known for its computer Science Branch as the placement of this branch is excellent. The faculty members here are also good and well-qualified. The college has a big infrastructure and is a UGC-approved university. All facilities are available here including medical etc. The only big problem is the location as no train facilities available and also the condition of the roads is deteriorating. The nearest big cities to t...
It’s a good college. Placement are sure even for below average student. Infrastructure is good. Discipline and other academics stuffs are good. Ample chance to flourish. Its Little isolated but is a good value for money. Jaypee Youth Club is an active body of students. CSI, IETE and other bodies are also established.
