I am dissatisfied with 2015 campus placements.
Placements: No campus placements are conducted in the college. There were around 60 students in each branch, and no company was communicated for campus placement. None of the students got an internship from college, and all students did an internship on their own. College does not provide placements.
Infrastructure: Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs and library were in good condition. Food in a mess used to be unhygienic and lacked good quality. No inter-college sports competitions were conducted. In the library, there were only a few books. No medical and sports facilities were provided in the college.
Faculty: Teachers were well qualified and helpful, but the course curriculum was not relevant at all as expected in the industry. Teachers focus mostly on theoretical knowledge which is not at all relevant and is not at par with the industry standards.

Completely fed up with college placements. The only good thing is faculty, otherwise, a full waste
Placements: For my batch placement is almost zero. Only one local company "Ashapura Infotech" came for recruitment which offered three students. Their selection criteria were out of sense as they were recruiting them who had not uttered a single word in the interview. They all left company as the company didn't pay their salary for 3 months. For my seniors, the campus selection was bit better than us as they have the opportunity to take part in a "Job Fair" conducted by the college. A few of my seniors got placed. For my seniors, a few small startups offered IT development and testing roles.
Infrastructure: In our college, the infrastructure was average. The lab facility and the library are good. We are getting books for a long duration. Talking about the canteen and the hostel, they are the same as all colleges. The canteen food was not so hygienic and costly too. Hostel rooms are average as they are very old. Labs and classrooms are average. In the lab, limited pieces of equipment were there so we need to share. In the computer lab, we need to share the computer. Classrooms were big but fully unfurnished and only having fans.
Faculty: I belong to the ECE branch and it was the only good thing in my college that our faculty members were good and supportive. My HOD always motivates us for doing new projects and learning things out of the box. Faculty members are not that much qualified but they share their knowledge whatever they have. They have prepared slides to put presentation for theorems. The student-faculty ratio was good and we went to Chandigarh for industrial exposure. Currently, I am working in an MNC and now I feel that their teaching and course was really worth it.

Bad placements, but the infrastructure is good and you have to do everything on your own.
Placements: The college is poor in terms of placement. Only startup companies and not MNCs visit for placements. One or two MNCs might visit but that too not every year. The packages are also not very good. The number of placements keep on decreasing every year and in 2016 there were no placements in my branch.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was huge but not properly managed. The college has a canteen with really good food. There are separate boys and girls hostel. The mess food is really good, especially the breakfast. You can eat in the mess secretly even if you are not staying in the hostel. It has a good big hospital with all the modern facilities and also has a medical shop inside the campus. The college transportation facilities are very good and they have many buses. You can find shops outside the campus also and food there is delicious. The college has separate libraries for different departments. High-speed Wi-Fi facility is available, but you have to pay Rs 200 or more per month and many of the sites are blocked. They can be easily unlocked by proxy servers. All the labs were good and in a working condition.
Faculty: Some faculty members were very good, well-educated and experienced. But the junior teachers and the lab attendants were not very good and they were very lazy. The ratio of student to faculty was 40:1. The college management was also good. The college doesn't have the learning environment that is needed. The level of education was degrading every year. If are thinking to go for this college then better prepare for self-studies and don`t hope much from the faculty .

It is an average university with average faculty, where the management wasn't up to the mark at all.
Placements: There were job melas conducted every year, but the companies were average and so were the packages. Their job description was also not up to the mark or standards of an engineer.
Ever since it became a private university, it is on a downfall.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was huge but not well-maintained. The washrooms were not clean and neither were they cleaned on a regular basis. The classrooms were not comfortable enough for the students as well. They had grounds huge enough to play any kind of sport but they were also not maintained. The canteen was small and the food quality was also not good.
Faculty: Some of the faculty members were great. But the rest of them, especially junior faculty members, didn't even know what they are teaching at times.
The worst part was when the good teachers started leaving the college
and the university could not find replacements for them on time.

If you are still in this college and you are reading this then follow the NPTEL videos.
Placements: Companies will come, but your money will be taken in the form of mortgage and at last, the companies will offer you 1.5 lakhs PA. Your work will be like a labourer. So there is only one option left that is to fill the form for out-campus placements, or you can go for higher studies. For higher studies, you have to take coaching because what has been taught in this college is insufficient.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi is good, but you have to pay Rs 200 or more per month, and most of the sites are blocked.
In the lab, you can get resistors, capacitors or two-three CROs which will be inaccurate, and any other thing is not available.
The classrooms are without any facility like no projector, light and fan problem always, with no laptop charging point.
The medical facilities are like you have to pay every time just like a private clinic.
For sports, there is only 1 badminton court but no net facility.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members will not teach you anything. They will come to your class and they will sit to pass one hour, some gossiping will be there. Some teachers are good but they do not have time because they are so proud of themselves that they feel insulted to talk to you.
Instead of what you expect from a teacher, you can follow the NPTEL courses.
Other: I have only friends and memories there, but not study memories. If you want to try any other new thing, your teacher always gives you a negative motivation like it cannot be done or it is not possible before listening to your whole idea. Your friends may motivate more than your teacher.
At least you can go for very good summer training that will work for your career.
