Placements: The placements are not good. No media core companies came to the campus due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so students had to figure out job opportunities on their own. The only company which came to recruit was Website Learners. Students have to do a minimum of 1 implant training and 1 full-semester project to get the course completion certificate. You need to submit your resume to different companies and get shortlisted.
Placements: The placements for our batch was the biggest concern that couldn't be rectified. Unfortunately, the results were shocking as no media core companies came to campus for recruiting. Although common placements were going on with full ease. Everybody got an internship in some of the other media production companies.
Placements: This course has been evicted by the university, and we were the last batch to graduate with this course. Out of 45 students, only 3 students got selected through campus placements, and I was one of them. Almost everybody got internships as per their own interest. Students need to search for internships on their own. No media companies came for recruitment, so students were asked to find a suitable job on their own or do freelancing. Faculty members did not support at the end.
Placements: The college provides central campus placement support to all the students. If you are coming to this college thinking that you will get a core media job on campus, then I will say you are in complete darkness. Now, this course is removed by the university, so alternatively, you have to pursue either B.Sc. Visual communications or M.A. in media and communication. You have to find internships and placements on your own.
Placements: Placement support is not provided for this course. Students have to look out for companies themselves. There is no particular package in the media industry. The starting salary can be 10,000 per month (depends on your job profile), but the only advantage you have over others is your passion.
Placements: There were no placements for 2020 passed out students. We had to find jobs on our own. Before joining this course, placement support for specific departments was promised, but in the end, nobody cared to bring companies. Although the central placement support was provided, but being from a creative field, working in an IT sector won't make any sense. Students have to find internships on their own during their final year.
Placements: I am much disappointed with the placement process at our campus. None of the faculty members or the authorities took responsibility to place students somewhere. For this particular course, none of the media companies came for recruitment. We have to sit for the common placements and get a job in which we don't have any interest. For internships, you have to search for companies on your own. If you get a good PPO, it would be tedious to look for opportunities.
Placements: Our department has made a record of placing every student in our batch i.e., a 100% placement record. The highest salary package offered was 21 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Everybody got a package ranging between 2.5 LPA - 4 LPA. Almost 20% of students from our course got internships in NTPC, BHEL, etc. Companies like IBM, TCS, Byju's, Tech Mahindra, Aspire Systems, HCL, Nutanix, Zoho, etc., visited the campus for recruitment. Roles offered were mainly associate system ...
Placements: I am a student of Karunya Institute, in electronics and media technology. In my class, 4 to 5 students got placed. The top recruiting companies for my course are Accenture, Code Mart, BYJU's, Website Learners and Freshworks. But, the college missed companies like Amazon.
Placements: There are good placement opportunities for core branches mostly for CS but not for media branches. Around 90% of UG students from all the departments sit for IT company placements, and those are mass recruitments. If you are an average or below-average student you will get placed from campus.
Placements: Placements depend on your choice of which industry you want to be in either in music, advertising, or cinemas. People also got placed in Accenture other IT companies as well. TCS, website learners, Freshworks, etc., hire students from our college.
Placements: Placements in our college were good, but students cannot expect a decent salary package. The average salary package offered was around 5-6 LPA. Chances are very less to get a salary package of above 10 LPA. There are a couple of companies that might offer a salary package of above 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered can go to 2 LPA.
Placements: Out of 2000 students, 700 got placed in campus selection. Companies like Accenture, IBM, Zoho, Nutanix, Hexaware Technologies, Hyundai Mobis, Amazon, Aspire Systems, and BYJU's come for recruitment. The highest package offered was 21 LPA, and the lowest package was 1.5 LPA. The college claims to have an average package of 6.4 LPA and a median package of 4 LPA. It totally depends on your performance.
Placements: Almost 45% of the students got placed. The salary package offered is 3.5 LPA to 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Tata, Byju's, Reliance, Apple, Wipro, Dell and Essar Group. Almost 10% of the students got an internship in Reliance. Top roles offered to the students are business analyst, HR manager, operating manager, marketing executive, marketing manager, business developer and executive assistant. Internships are also offered in Essar Group.
Placements: Cisco offers a salary package of nearly 9 LPA, while Byju's offers a salary package of 12 LPA. Many other top companies recruit students from here. The placement team helps you with all the necessary things and information. You will get a lot of choices.
Placements: About 70% and above students got placed in our course. At least in a day, 4 hours of field experiments are conducted. Lab experiments are few. Mostly, field works make students do more work. Once a year, paddy and maize sowing will be done by our final year students for their course. About 300+ plus students are given a small plot to grow paddy for six months and maize for the next 6 months. Students with above 7 CGPA are allowed to attend internships for about 6 months.
Placements: 22 percent of the students got placed and the top recruiters were Perfect Electrical and Electronics Private Limited, SG pneumatics, Shrinath fabricators and smart training services. A student bagged a job in Maruti Suzuki with 20.25 LPA and the least package being 1.2 LPA with an average of 1.8 LPA.
Placements: It is a good college, but the fee is a bit expensive. All courses are available, and engineering and arts are also available here. Accenture, CTS, Wipro, TCS and even core companies come here for placements. Almost 80% of the students got placed.
Placements: For civil, there are generally less placements. Although a few companies from Tamil Nadu and Andhra visit here, they select only a few candidates. Mostly every student opts for higher studies or may opt for the construction field through their references.
Placements: Since our agricultural department has only reached the 4th year, no one is sent-off. For every student who has scored more than 90% in 12th can get a scholarship. Our recruiting companies are Tata, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
