Best for academics and worst for placements.

Faculty: Faculty members are really very supportive and helpful. They are strict but they are also very friendly. Curriculum is very similar to the syllabus of NET and GATE which helps students to clear national-level exams while covering syllabus of department itself.

A student prospective - Kurukshetra University.

Faculty: Faculty members of the department are very good. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They help students in every condition possible. The teaching quality of the department is very high. It is the best department in the region of India in theoretical knowledge. Exam happens after every 6 months and the beautiful level of the exam is very moderate. The passing percentage is 80%. The department lab work makes students ready for industries here. MLN College: Unseen Review.

Faculty: Teachers are somewhat helpful but not highly qualified or knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is not good, and the course is not industry-relevant. Exams are not difficult, and students can easily pass them.

It offers strong academic and good placements but need improvement in industry collaboration.

Faculty: Teachers are approachable and provide valuable guidance to help students understand complex concepts, both in theory and practical application. East or West Kurukshetra University is the best. Infrastructure and facilities are very good.

Faculty: Faculty members and course curriculum are very good. Faculty members are very supportive. All teachers are Ph.D. holders. The way they teach is very good. I'm very much satisfied with the university. Course curriculum design is very appropriate for future studies. Semester exams are very difficult as many students get to reappear in the examination.

Not satisfied with the placement of 2024 batch.

Faculty: The faculty were quite helpful in understanding the seminar topics assigned to each student once per semester. This helped me improve my presentation skills. The teachers were well-qualified in their fields and were able to easily answer any questions we had.

Glimpse of Campus and Hostel.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers of my department are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The faculty members of our department are very well-educated and punctual. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant. Examinations are held twice a year, and the semester examinations are not so easy, therefore a student must have to work hard to get a good percentage in the examinations.

Overall good college but very hectic if you are doing Masters.

Faculty: The semester exams are quite tough here. We have to study a lot to pass these exams. I have cleared NET JRF, which also helped in clear my semester exams. Also, the faculty teaching as well as non-teaching staff are well-behaved in matters of cleanliness.

Not so best but trying to be best.

Faculty: The behavior of all the teachers is so bad. If you have any query, first they will scold you, and then they will tell you. They don’t have enough knowledge. If you are taking admission after 2024, the exam difficulties will be easy, and the pass percentage will be 33%.

My exploring and glorifying campus life.

Faculty: Teachers are CSIR NET JRF qualified. They have earned a lot of awards for their research. The lab work of my department is brilliant and explores new things in the lab. It is helpful for us in industrial development. There are unit tests, sessional exams, and semester exams conducted by the department.

No good placements at that time, but teachers are excellent, and the university campus is clean.

Faculty: In my course, teachers were so helpful and friendly too. They are well qualified with a lot of knowledge, theoretical and practical, and with Ph.D. degrees. Teaching quality was above average and good. At that time, the course curriculum was not somewhat relevant, but now, as the curriculum has changed, there has been a lot of transition in the syllabus of B.Sc. Home Science IIHS. Now the curriculum is more practical-based and encourages students for a better job and entrepreneurship too. The se...
