Review of MMMUT - Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology.

Placements: Currently, I am in 3rd year and pursuing B.Tech in electrical engineering. As much as I experienced in the last 3 years, the placement rate is not very good here. However, this year, the placement rate has increased exponentially. But only a number of students got placed has increased but not the average salary package. The average salary package offered in our college is about 4 LPA, which is not good. There are no top recruiting companies in the past 3 years. However, Amazon visited our campus...

Faculty members are good enough. Studying schedule and syllabus is much high.

Placements: There is about 10% of placements from the batch. The highest and average salary packages offered are in lacs, and the lowest salary offered may be in thousands per month. Top recruiting companies of our college are companies from technical arena technical sectors. About 60% of the students got an internship in railways, etc.

Satisfied faculty support but hostels and placements are the areas where improvement is required.

Placements: Placements are only for selected branches (CSE ECE) and companies give very low package. Companies are visiting from last 2-3 years due to continuous hard work of training and placement cell of the university. Students get enough opportunity and have to utilize the provided exposure in the university.

I am highly satisfied because of faculty members, infrastructure and many other things.

Placements: Nearly every student got an internship in SVNIT and other institutions. Until now, there is no information about placements since it is the first batch. We are in the final year as the batch started in the year 2016. Chemical engineering is a new branch in MMMUT Gorakhpur.

I suggest you take admission in this college without any hesitation.

Placements: More than 70% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered in our course is 8 LPA by Juspay. Top recruiting companies like TCS and Wipro visit our campus for placements. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.6 LPA. From CSE course recently, a student got off-campus placement in Microsoft with a salary package of 39.5 LPA. He also got an internship in Microsoft.

Most of us are satisfied with the faculty and placements, and the infrastructure is good.

Placements: MMMUT is located near a village, and therefore, the placements are not good. Only a few companies visited our campus, but 30% of our seniors were placed with the highest package of 3 Lacs per annum. Many of our seniors cracked GRE and GATE exams and achieved ranks below 300. About 30 to 40% of the students got internships from college, and other students got in railway workshops, designing course etc. The lowest stipend offered was Rs. 5,000 per month. Overall, the college is good according to the state and national ranking. It provides good results.

Placements: Placements of our college are good, and many IT companies visit here for the recruitment process. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra are regular recruiters. Majority of students who belong to computer science and electronics branch will succeed to get a decent job with a nice salary package.

Absolutely good college, and its library is one of the best places to study. Faculty are good.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. The package offered was approximately 6 lacs per annum. Lots of student from civil and electrical branches got government jobs. Students of our college have achieved 27 ranks under 100 in the IES exam. Placements for other branches are not good. The ECE branch also has good placements record. The chemical engineering students qualified for research in Delhi University.

A good college with good placements.

Placements: Placements in our college are good as the minimum package which a company offered was 2 Lacs per annum, and the highest package was 6 to 7 Lacs per annum. This college is good for poor students as the fee is very less. According to the fee, the college gives an excellent output in terms of education and facilities.

Roles offered were sales, marketing, software developer, graduate trainee etc. Around 85% of the students got internships from college. The highest stipend offered to the students was Rs. 15,000. There is a placement cell in the college. They let the students know about the companies that recruit students on our campus or in the city.

The college is very good for the students who are interested in getting government jobs.

Placements: Placements in our college are not satisfactory. Placements are only good for computer science engineering and electronic engineering students. Core students are more interested in the public sector or ESE. Almost 70-80% of the students from CSE branch get placed. But, the overall placements rate is very poor.

Satisfied with the quality of labs provided in the university.

Placements: Placements in college are not very good. The average salary package offered is about 3.50-4 LPA. The college administration is trying hard for placements and will surely get success in the coming years. Apart from that, there is a training and placement cell to look after the placements. The placement rate is not good because of the location of our campus.

Placements: Placements are provided for computer science and electronics and communication engineering departments. This year, students from the civil engineering branch were also placed. A very few companies visited for electrical, chemical, and mechanical engineering branches. But, more companies are expected to visit in the coming years. Around 50% of the CSE students and 30% of the ECE students were placed. Besides this, companies like Wipro, TCS, Prism Cement and Grifeo visited the college to offer pla...

Placements: The placements of our college are getting better every year. Some new and good companies visit the college to hire students every year. Placements for ECE and CSE students are quite good, and around 70% of students get placed in TCS or Wipro every year. Apart from these, internship opportunities are available for students in India as well as abroad.

Really good I infrastructure, but dissatisfied faculty. I am rating it 3.5 out of 5.

Placements: Placement is not good here. In computer Science and electronics, there is good placements but very few in mechanical and civil engineering. Lots of student are dependent on GATE and Engineering Services exam. So you will find a very good atmosphere for GATE.

Placements: Average placement is of 3-3.5 Lacs/annum for CSE and ECE students. But from last year more companies are approaching MMMUT for recruiting students. In coming years student will get easily placed with better amount of salary package. College also focuses on GATE.

Placements: Placements of college are not good for the electrical engineering branch. Hardly any company come to our campus for placements of EE. However, for CS and ECE there are good chances to get hired as 2 to3 companies come every year. The companies that come for recruitment are TCS, Wipro, etc.

Placements: The placement records of our college is not so good. The same company TCS comes every year and offers a package of 3 Lacs a year. No company related to electrical comes in our college for placement. So the Main focus of every student in our college is to qualify GATE.
