Great university to study.
Placements: I am studying at Madurai Kamaraj University, I am in my first year and my final year seniors attended a lot of companies related to our core (commerce). The highest package of salary offered in my department is Rs. 4 lacks and the minimum salary or the lowest salary package is Rs. 2 lacks per annum. But, most of the students go for high studies like M.Com or MBA. In our college, they are maintaining a placement cell, since 15 years. Students who've got 80 and above percentage are all placed this year. A lot of students got placed this year.
Infrastructure: There is a good infrastructure here. In my university, there are the biggest seminar halls. Also, the auditorium and classrooms are very neat. This university also maintains separate sports grounds. Also, Wi-Fi and labs are available to practice and to gain practical knowledge for the students. The labs here will also be very good. In our university, we have our 5 own ambulances for an emergency purpose. Also, separate hotels rooms are available for boys, and also a separate hotel is available for girls. Also, a lot of securities are available here.
Faculty: In Kamaraj University, a lot of professors are working. Here the number is 250 - 300 of the professors who are working in different departments. They all have completed their PhDs or are doing PhD. Their teaching quality was very good and excellent. In my commerce department, 50-65 professors are doing their teaching work for the Bachelor degree as well as for the master's degree students. The teachers here are more knowledgeable persons and are very helpful for our students to understand the concepts in the subject.
Other: While joining this university, a lot of students got more marks in the 12th standard. So, all the students who've got more mark in the 12th standard have got a scholarship from the university.

Madurai Kamaraj University - A place for go getters and successful individuals.
Placements: Around 70% of the students were placed in reputed organisations. Airtel, Wipro, Accenture and many other companies visited the campus. They offered both junior and senior level roles to the students. The offered salary range was between 4.25 lakhs per annum to 10 lakhs per annum. The lowest stipend offered was around 1 lakhs to rupees 50 thousand and the highest stipend was offered around 3 lakhs per annum.
Infrastructure: My college was known for its state-of-the-art infrastructure. There was a spacious sports room, a well-equipped gym, basketball court and badminton court. Canteen was also famous for its delicious food items that were available at pocket friendly prices. I did not face any kind of infrastructure related issue during my tenure.
Faculty: All the teachers were very helpful and believed in doing extraordinary things to help students. Modern and easy to understand teaching methods were used. Student to teacher ratio was 20:1. Every student was given a personal laptop and e-learning modules were used to teach difficult subjects in an interactive manner.
Other: If you want to study hard and become a well-respected person of the society, then I would suggest you to join my college. Believe me, you will not be disappointed. I have studied in this college and now I am working as a content specialist in a renowned e-commerce organisation.
