Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai admissions will open soon. Till now, no schedule has been released by the university. Once the application portal is live, candidates can apply online for their preferred course. The college offers BA LLB (Hons.), LLM, MBA, etc., UG and PG-level courses. Apart from the UG and PG courses, the college also offers PhD, certificate, PhD, and PG Diploma courses. 

No, candidates cannot get direct admission at Maharashtra National Law University. MNLU admission 2025 is both merit/entrance-based. The college offers BA LLB (Hons.), LLM, MBA, etc., UG and PG-level courses. Students can check some of the course-wise selection criteria from the table presented below:

The application process for CLAT Exam 2025 is in online mode only.Candidates can fill the application for CLAT 2025 on or before October 15, 2024. CLAT Exam Date is December 1, 2024. To register for CLAT 2025, candidates needed a valid email ID and phone number. Check the detailed application steps below:

1. Registration - The candidate could register by entering their name, mobile number, and email id. Also, select and confirm a password for the newly created applicant account. 
2. Login - Log in to access the application form.  
3. Select the programme of study - After logging in, the first thing was to select the programme of study 5-year LLB or one-year LLB
4. Fill the form - There were different fields like personal information, communication details, qualifying examination status, exam centre preferences (THREE centres can be selected in the order of preference), and reservation. All fields needed to be filled. Check what all documents were needed to be uploaded in the prescribed specification (refer to the table below).

5. Submit the form - Once the details are duly filled, agree to the declaration, give consent and submit the form.    

6. CLAT NLU Preference List 2025:

Candidates must note that from CLAT 2025 onwards it was mandatory to give their preferences to NLUs while submitting their CLAT 2025 Application Form. Aspirants must select their preferences carefully, as the consortium will only consider those NLUs that have been mentioned in the preference list.

The Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai offers the following courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels:

• BA-LLB (Hons.) -Candidates are admitted to the BA-LLB programme based on their CLAT scores and the  fees for this course is Rs.1.53 Lakhs ( first year).
• LLM - Admission to the LLM course is also on the basis of candidates’ performance on the CLAT and the total fees for this course is Rs. 3.79 Lakhs.
• Ph.D. - Admission to the Ph.D. course shall be made through the Ph.D. Admission Test (PAT) which is conducted by the University. Candidates who have qualified for UGC-NET/JRF need not appear in the test and can go straight to the personal interview. The  fees is Rs. 2.12 Lakhs (first year). 

The online application form of CLAT 2025 was released on July 15, 2024. The Consortium provided more then 2 months time to candidates to fill the CLAT 2025 application form. The application form of CLAT 2025 was made available at consortiumofnlus.ac.in, and candidates could fill a single application form for all participating NLUs until the October 22. The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has announced the exam date of CLAT 2025. The Consortium will conduct CLAT 2025 Exam on December 1, 2024. The exam authority published the admission notification for CLAT 2025 with details of syllabus, exam pattern and events on the official website. The CLAT Exam will be held in pen-and-paper mode.
