The application process for CLAT Exam 2025 is in online mode only.Candidates can fill the application for CLAT 2025 on or before October 15, 2024. CLAT Exam Date is December 1, 2024. 1. Registration - The candidate could register by entering their name, mobile number, and email id. Also, select and confirm a password for the newly created applicant account. 
2. Login - Log in to access the application form.  
3. Select the programme of study - After logging in, the first thing was to select the programme of study 5-year LLB or one-year LLB
4. Fill the form - There were different fields like personal information, communication details, qualifying examination status, exam centre preferences (THREE centres can be selected in the order of preference), and reservation. All fields needed to be filled. Check what all documents were needed to be uploaded in the prescribed specification (refer to the table below).

5. Submit the form - Once the details are duly filled, agree to the declaration, give consent and submit the form.    

6. CLAT NLU Preference List 2025:

Candidates must note that from CLAT 2025 onwards it was mandatory to give their preferences to NLUs while submitting their CLAT 2025 Application Form. Aspirants must select their preferences carefully, as the consortium will only consider those NLUs that have been mentioned in the preference list.

For admission to the LLM programme at Maharashtra National Law University, the aspirant must fulfil the course-specific eligibility criteria. Thus, only the aspirants who have passed CLAT are eligible for admission.

MNLU Mumbai offers a total of 25 seats for admission to BA LLB, out of which a total of around 64 seats are reserved for General category. The admissions are based on CLAT score. For admission to BA LLB course at MNLU Mumbai candidates have to register through CLAT portal. Registered candidates for CLAT counselling will be called by MNLU Mumbai through merit lists. MNLU have better mediun salary than TISS, in MNLU medium salary is about 15 Lack per annum while TTIS have only null 1.5 .

Duration of course:- In MNLU you require 2 year for the complition of the LLM course while in TISS you only require 1year 

Fees:- The fees of MNLU  for the course LLM is 12,050 for 2 year while in TISS fees is 34,000 for one year 

MNLU have a grade' A+' in NAAC Accreditation while TISS has 'A'

The Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai placements are not as good as compared to other colleges.

If we see recent year placement of the MNLU college (for the year 2023), the average package was around 4-9 LPA  and the highest package was around 10 LPA. 10 students out of 60 got placed and received the package of 16 LPA of the batch who will graduate in 2024 . 75 % of student get placed through college every year.

So the placement are getting better every year

MNLU Mumbai admits students based solely on their performance in the entrance examination. Those seeking admission to the UG programme at MNLU Mumbai must take the CLAT, while those seeking admission to the PG programme must take the CLAT PG.  For the LLM programme a candidate's eligibility for admission to the LLM programme is determined by their performance on the CLAT as well as the LLB with a 50% score. In order to register for the CLAT, candidates need to visit the official CLAT website. Out of the 50 seats available, there are 10 supernumerary seats under the Foreign National / NRI / NRI Sponsored category and 2 seats reserved for Jammu & Kashmir permanent residents.
