Q:   When will MH CET Law 2025 application form be released?

A:

The MH CET Law application form 2025 for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB course is now out, at portal.maharashtracet.org. The application forms for both types of law courses are released online on the official website of CET Cell Maharashtra.

CET Cell Maharashtra has also released the MH CET Law 2025 exam dates for 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB courses.  As per the schedule, The MH CET Law 2025 exam for 3-year LLB will tentatively be held on March 20 and 21, 2025. The MH CET Law 2025 5-year LLB exam date is April 4, 2025.

Q:   How much is the MH CET Law 2025 application fee?

A:

The application fee for MH CET Law varies depending on factors such as the category of the applicant and the number of papers they are applying for. Typically, the fee is different for candidates belonging to the General/Open category, Reserved category (like SC/ST/OBC), and Persons with Disability (PwD) category.

MH CET Law 2025 application fee, for the 5-year LL.B. program, the application fee for General/Open category/Outside Maharashtra candidates will range from around INR 800 to INR 1000, while for Maharashtra candidates, it will usually lower, around INR 600 to INR 800. For the 3-year LL.B. program, the fee structure will be similar.

It's important to note that these figures are based on historical data and might have changed in subsequent years. Always refer to the official MH CET Law notification or the Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra's official website for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding the application fee.

Q:   Can I fill more than one application form for MH CET Law?

A:

In most cases, candidates are advised against filling out multiple application forms for MH CET Law. The conducting authority usually allows candidates to submit only one application form per examination cycle. Submitting multiple forms can lead to confusion and administrative issues. If allowed, the latest submitted form may be considered, while the others might be invalidated. It's crucial to thoroughly review the information before submitting the form and ensure that all details are accurate and complete. In case of errors or changes needed after submission, some authorities offer correction windows, but this is not guaranteed. To avoid unnecessary complications, candidates should focus on providing accurate information in their initial application and refrain from submitting multiple forms. It's recommended to carefully follow the instructions provided by the conducting authority and seek clarifications if needed.

The MH CET Law Notification 2025 is now out on the official MAH CET Cell website, cetcell.mahacet.org. The CET Cell Maharashtra released the MH CET Law Date Notification on November 27, 2024. This notification is separate from the exam notification.
