One of the best colleges for physiotherapy.
Placements: This is the only college in Maharashtra for physiotherapy where campus placement is held. Till the date, 50+ students are been placed in companies like One Rehab, Child Rehab center, etc. The average package offered is 5–6 Lacs per annum. About internship, it is compulsory for each student to do an internship as this is a medical course; hence, the college itself provides internship for students for 6 months. Roles offered in this course are physiotherapists, academicians, self-practices, sports physiotherapists, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good because each and every department has enough space and equipment. The physiotherapy department has 4 classrooms with good ventilation, premium desks, a projector, and a blackboard. The physiotherapy department has its own library with numerous books of all subjects; they have also provided free access to the e-library on the college computers. About the hostel, it is combined with the hostel of a medical college; the room is spacious enough for 2 people, and the college provides 2 beds with mattresses, tables, chairs, and cupboards. Each floor has 8 rooms and 4 common bathrooms and toilets. The quality of the food in the mess is questionable, not that good. The canteen is better, but it has fewer food options and is more expensive. The medical emergency hospital of our college provides 50 to 70 percent concession to the students. For sports, there is a cricket turf, basketball court, volleyball ground, tennis ground, athletics track, cricket ground, green gym on the ground, and also a fully equipped gym for students with a cost of only 500 till the end of the course.
Faculty: Teachers are well experienced and are masters of their field. They teach very well in both theory and practice. The curriculum of this course is relevant and perfectly created, as this field is more of a practical thing; hence, 50 percent of the curriculum is practical-based. Yes, it makes the students industry-ready; after the completion of the degree, the student can practice as a physiotherapist. Exams are annual university exams and not semester-wise. The difficulty level of the exam is moderate, and every year the passing percentage is about 90 to 92%.
Other: I chose this course because it is a medical field without any surgical procedures. Here we are treating patients without pricking. The best thing about this course is we are the most close person to the patient because every session we take of more than an hour and keep motivating patient for their betterment. Things need to improve. The curriculum must include radiology and surface anatomy because they are musts for the diagnosis of many conditions. Events here are the annual gathering, Bollywood night, freshers, farewell, convocation ceremony, sports week, etc. Extracurricular activities like medical camps, small functions, workshops, conferences. Scholarship is provided by Maharashtra government as Rajashri Shahu Maharaj post-matric scholarship; it offers 50% fees for OBC category and more than 50 percent for SC and NT categories.

If you are passionate about physiotherapy, then you should do this course.
Placements: A physiotherapist can earn 15K–60K per month in India. You can open your own clinic or offer personal visits. There are no placements from the college itself. You should have social skills and you can also work in hospitals. You can do a master's for more income and have your career abroad.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good, and the library is also good for studying, but Wi-Fi facilities are not available. The quality of food is average, and sports and games are played in the annual Ashvamedha intercollege event and the college annual sports event is also there. The hostel rooms are good.
Faculty: One annual exam is taken by MUHS and our respective college takes two internal exams. The difficulty level for exam passing is medium, and the passing percentage is at least 50%. Teachers are helpful and qualified; teaching quality is good; practical lessons are also taken; and we can observe patients in the hospital and interact with them.
Other: The course is good but you will struggle to earn more money.
