Candidate must have completed any of the following: B.Sc/B.Sc (Hons.) in Biochemistry/Biotechnology, or, Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, or B.Sc. (Pass) with any of three subjects, viz. Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Medical Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering (out of the three subjects, at least two should be related to Biology) with atleast above mentioned marks (47.5% marks for SC/ST/ Blind/ Visually and Differently Abled candidates of Haryana only) in aggregate, or, any other examination recognized by State Universities of Haryana as equivalent thereto.

Really very good campus.
Placements: Not much number of placements in biochemistry course but if someone wants to change the field and trying to be in sales and marketing then Maharshi Dayanand University provides different job roles in private sector. Average package will be 30-40 thousands.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of my university is Five star. Every part of campus is clean and beautiful. Events are organised in tagore auditorium with tight security support. The hostel mess and canteen food was acceptable. We enjoyed alot during rang bahar functions and holi diwali. Fully Wi-Fi campus.
Faculty: Yes teachers are so intelligent, polite and helpful. They teaches us not only about study but also the moral duties. The teaching quality will surely be 5 out of 5. This course is relevant. Semester exams are little bit tough if you were not studying the whole semester.
Other: Scholarships will be improved .

Review of MDU Rohtak - Maharshi Dayanand University.
Placements: In the M.Sc (biochemistry) of batch 2020, the highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 8 LPA. Top companies like Cadila Pharmaceutical, Cipla, Zadus, etc., visit here. The top role offered is a lab technician. About 80% of students got internships from this course.
Infrastructure: There is a separate department for the biochemistry course. There are Wi-Fi facilities for free of cost, and the classrooms also have all facilities. In the library, all books are available. There is also a book bank in the library. There are separate hostel room facilities for girls and boys. The quality of food served is good in the mess. There is a medical centre for medical facilities. Sports like cricket, football and all indoor games are available.
Faculty: Teachers here are very much knowledgeable and highly qualified. Their teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant to students to be industry-ready. Semester exams are very easy compared to other colleges. The passing percentage is 35%. Overall, it is a very good college.
