Candidates willing to get admission to various courses must apply online on the official website and must pay INR 600 for all courses and INR 1,400 for the entrance exam for some selected courses. At Manipal University, the fee for BTech ranges between INR 8.1 lakh and INR 14 lakh, for MBA it is INR 18 lakh, for BSc the fee ranges between INR 2.1 lakh and INR 6.3 lakh and for MTech, the fee is between INR 2.2 lakh and INR 3.5 lakh. The eligibility criteria for various courses is Bachelor's degree and the accepted entrance exams are NEET MET GATE XAT CAT MAT and others.

At the UG level, Manipal Academy of Higher Education offers three to four-year BTech, BDes and others, and three-year BBA, BCom and other courses to students. MET application fee has to be paid online by the candidates to successfully be registered for the entrance examination.
