Candidates willing to get admission to various courses must apply online on the official website and must pay INR 600 for all courses and INR 1,400 for the entrance exam for some selected courses. At Manipal University, the fee for BTech ranges between INR 8.1 lakh and INR 14 lakh, for MBA it is INR 18 lakh, for BSc the fee ranges between INR 2.1 lakh and INR 6.3 lakh and for MTech, the fee is between INR 2.2 lakh and INR 3.5 lakh. The eligibility criteria for various courses is Bachelor's degree and the accepted entrance exams are NEET MET GATE XAT CAT MAT and others.

MET application fee has to be paid online by the candidates to successfully be registered for the entrance examination. For candidates belonging to the General Category, the application fee of MET is INR 600. All candidates will have to pay the MET application fee online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted by the authorities.
