To be eligible for admission to the MBA programme at MSU, candidates must meet certain entrance exam score requirements. The entrance exams accepted by the university for MBA admission are :-

• Common Admission Test (CAT): -  The CAT is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) for admission to MBA programs across India. MSU accepts CAT scores for MBA admission and candidates must secure a minimum qualifying percentile to be considered for the program.
• Graduate Management Entrance Examination (GMAT): -  GMAT is a globally recognised entrance exam for MBA programs, conducted by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). MSU accepts GMAT scores for MBA admissio, and candidates must secure a minimum qualifying score to be considered for the program.
• State-Level Entrance Exams:  -   In addition to CAT and GMAT, MSU also accepts scores from various state-level entrance exams for MBA admission. Some of these exams include the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) and the Common Admission Test for MBA (CAT-MBA) conducted by the Anna University.
