MIT-WPU: myth vs. reality.

Placements: So for the passing-out batch of 2024, placements and internships were offered to the students with an annual package ranging from 2 LPA to 9 LPA, which is around 5.5 LPA average. But the revised rupees and regulations won't allow 3rd year students to opt for placements but can access for internships. Also, in order to opt for placements, one has to complete 4th year of the degree, i.e., BCA HONS and not BCA Science. This year, around 90% students were placed with good packages in top companies, ...

Satisfied with the college.

Placements: There is 100% placement assistance in our college. The highest package offered in our course is 11.45 lakhs. I am studying B.Com with ACCA course there. ACCA is an international course that focuses on accounting and finance. The average package offered is between 7-8 lakhs.

World class management institute.

Placements: MIT WPU have 100% placement track record. Students are eligible for placement in trimester 5. The average package of campus placement is 5 LPA, and the highest is 12 LPA. Most of IT companies come for placement McKinsey hires many students for 4-month internship training. Travel agencies hire students for the roles of marketing assistant & marketing analyst. But in the end, all students have jobs.

I am totally satisfied with the faculty. They have good placements.

Placements: There are 60 students in the class. The lowest average package is 650,000 per annum, and the highest is 2,500,000 per annum. 80% of the students get internships. Right now, I don't know about the companies, but they are good, reputed companies offering roles as employees.

The college is value for money, excellent campus and good education.

Placements: For a B.Tech. in Computer Science, there is an average package of 4 LPAs. The top recruiters are Reliance, TCS, Tata Motors, Wipro, and Infosys. In 2023 placement, MIT WPU didn't show that much good performance. Placement starts at the entry level. If you did an internship or have some past experience, that definitely will help you.

The real-life of MITWPU!

Placements: In MITWPU, a separate Placement Cell is established for the students. During the placement drive, each student is given an opportunity to expose themselves to the companies. They receive interview offers from many companies until the end of the academic year and even after that. Students are offered a maximum package of 20 L. Biotechnology companies around Pune come to the MIT Campus in search of the best students.

Best college among the private colleges having good infrastructure and placements.

Placements: The placements are pretty good here as it is a private college. We can see the average placements going up to 6 to 7 Lacs per annum here. The highest package as per my knowledge was 55 Lacs on-campus and 1 crore off-campus by Google. Google, Amazon, Capgemini and many more companies come here for placements.

Placements: Nearly each and every student is placed from the college. The highest package offered is 44 LPA and average package is about 6-7 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Nvidia, TCS, Infosys, etc. come for internships and placements. Overall, the placements structure is very good.

The best autonomous college in Pune.

Placements: The placement cell is good; they provide you with all the basic techniques and information that will help you crack the placement. Many MNCs and big Indian companies also come in this college to recruit like TCS, Airtel, Amazon, etc. The average package is also above 6 LPA, which is good.

College offers abundant learning opportunities through diverse events.

Placements: I am currently doing B.Com (Hons) ACCA. ACCA is international CA. There are 2 divisions in my course. Each division has 80 students. There are 3 types in B.Com, B.Com regular, B.Com (Hons) AAA and B.Com (Hons) ACCA. There are many IT companies that come for placements and offer jobs to the students who have developed their skills very well.

Need lots of work to make it the best place.

Placements: Bad placements they placed almost all students but with low salary and bad profile. 90 percent of the students placed but packages below 4 lacs, and some were not related to pharma profiles, like service executives and system engineers. These are not pharma roles but the greed of the highest placement led them to do such things. Internships are given in the pharmaceutical sector but terminated after 1 year or 6 months. Lupin and Dr. Reddy are some known pharma hiring companies.

Overall, a good college and 2023 batch was good.

Placements: My honest review of placement has both positive and negative sides. The college needs to advertise itself with a 100% track record. To achieve that, they placed many students in totally different industries. For example, they placed MBA students in pharma, IT and non-technical support roles. But at the end, the college placed 100% of the students on the positive side. The package was dependent on the abilities of students; it varies in the range of 5 to 20 lacs per year. Internships are offered ...

Placements: Approximately 80% of the students were placed if we look at the data for last year, with the average package being 9 LPA. As internships are compulsory, almost all the students got internships. The companies we get are JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and IBM. These were the top recruiters. The lowest package goes to 4 LPA .

Review of my best college.

Placements: The colleges placement programme is highly valued, offering opportunities for both 3rd and 4th-year students, as well as quality internships. Renowned companies like Google and Amazon visit the campus to recruit students, offering attractive packages. Approximately 95% of students secure placements in various companies with competitive compensation packages.

I am absolutely satisfied with the college.

Placements: College promises 100% placements, and I heard from senior students that the college indeed provides placements for all. However, to achieve the tag of 100% placement, they place many students in any role, such as system maintenance roles. Internships are offered from the first year; L&T hires most students for its 3-month internship program.

Absolutely satisfied with the college. Would totally recommend it.

Placements: The course is too good along with the curriculum. The College has brought up new ways of learning and the faculty members are also well educated and know a lot about the field. The extra knowledge that you get through various seminars, events and other activities enhance your learning and knowledge.

Placements: The college offers placements to everyone, but its ROI is very low. The college fee is 12.5 Lacs, and it provides jobs with salaries ranging from 6-7 LPA. At the end of the day, you'll get a job here. Companies like Artee Flow Control, Deloitte, L&T, MG Motors, and more than 20 others come for placements. Good placements but improve your skills.

Placements: The college provided 100% placement last year; one student got an 18-lac package. A minimum CGPA of 6 is required to be eligible for placement. The highest package is 18 lacs, and the lowest is 3.5 lacs for MCA. In the summer internship program, first-year students get internships, which hire many students as summer interns for 3 months. Amazon and Google are the top companies.
