National University of Study and Research In Law (NUSRL) Ranchi LLM course admission is entrance-based. The aspirants are selected based on CLAT scores. A Master of Laws (LLM) programme is available at the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi. This programme has an extensive cost structure that includes a number of fees, including those for admission, tuition, internet, exams, and other incidental costs.

At the time of admission, the entire cost of the LLM programme at NUSRL is roughly Rs. 1,48,000. This covers a one-time admission fee, a tuition price for each semester, as well as various ongoing costs. The largest component of the whole charge is the tuition.

NUSRL Ranchi offers a wide range of law courses. It accepts the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) score to select candidates. The consortium of NLUs releases the cutoffs for admissions to various law courses in different NLUs. According to the NLU Ranchi CLAT cutoff 2024 for the Fifth Round of Allotment, the Last Round ranks for the General AI category for B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights were in 1594 and 1623, respectively. Similarly, for the OBC AI category, the Last Round was 3005 and 3234, respectively, for both courses. CLAT cutoff 2024 is released for various categories including General, OBC, SC and ST amongst others. As per the CLAT 2024 the All India closing ranks for the General category stood at 1432. For OBC category, the closing ranks stood at 2733.

Going as per the aforementioned cutoffs, candidate with an AIR 2428 and OBC 278 is eligible for the OBC catgeory and not the General category. Since as of now, only Round 3 Seat Allotment has been released, candidates with the mentioned AIR can wait until remaining rounds for the further cutoffs.    

As of now, CLAT Round 3 Seat Allotment results have been released for NLU Ranchi cutoff 2024. The All India opening and closing ranks for NLU Ranchi for the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) is 1432 for the General category under the Vertical Reservation.

CLNU is expected to release a total of five rounds of counselling. For the LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights course the All India opening and closing ranks for NLU Ranchi 1300 for the General category All India candidates. The CNLU will release CLAT Round 4 Seat Allotment result on May 20, 2024.

The scholarship by NLU Ranchi is awarded in the form of a waiver of the tuition fees of the student to the extent of INR 50,000 for the year of award. The scholarship is awarded at the end of each academic year from second year to fifth year only. The objective behind giving the scholarship is to provide financial assistance to students.
