It provides great infrastructure but the placements level are not good.
Placements: Placements are very low in this college. Even if placed, the average salary package offered is 2 LPA. Maximum students either go for postgraduation or government jobs in their respective fields. But the quality and the level of study are real good. This university has made and kept a huge reputation in foreign as well.
Infrastructure: Students get access to Wi-Fi at the campus, the library is well built with a wide variety of books. University laboratories are well-equipped. Sports and games are well implemented. Hostelers get healthy and clean diets daily. The mess food is 10 out of 10. Hostels are secure in this college.
Faculty: All the teachers are doctorates and highly knowledgeable. Teachers guide students well and even help with the research. The exam conduct system can be considered good and beneficial for students with a passing percentage to be 50%. Each semester has a total of 4 theoretical examinations and practicals. Because the marks and syllabus are distributed in a good way so the pressure is not much on students.
Other: Fests are less in this college. Being this university, students will find a huge crowd here with about 90% of students from Punjab itself. Canteens are many in number and good. Many scholarships are being given and received.

I am satisfied with teaching faculty members and infrastructure.
Placements: The college does not provide placements. It is important to place the students who are in need of a job in their particular field. The major drawback of the course is placements. It is good to show a good platform to place students in their particular subjects. So placements should be provided by the institute.
Infrastructure: The college provides a good range of internet services. Canteens were good, and the library has good books. The library facilities are good except for maintenance. Dusting should be done on time to time. The faculty of the library is very helpful. But the library section should be organised properly to help the students to find out particularly.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were knowledgeable. The course curriculum should offer more creativity and innovation in teaching. The assignments should be encouraged for students learning. The inclusion of online learning should be encouraged by teachers. They should improve the traditional method of teaching with new educational technologies.

    Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Most of the students got the job in the government sector, posts like HDO, ADO and got a good amount of salary. Some of the students went to abroad for higher studies. One of the students got an internship in the USA for the Ph.D. programme. So all the students perform well in their fields.
Infrastructure: Facilities are quite good for research work in college as well as in the regional stations. The condition of hostel is not so much good but there is availability of Wi-Fi. Smart classrooms are there for the study and also library is there in the college.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are helpful and well trained in their respective field of work. Teaching quality is also good. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant to the degree and it makes the students industry ready. So all the conditions are quite well in the college.
Other: I chose this course because of the interest in horticulture.

Infrastructure: The structure of the college was quite good. there were 3 building and all three buildings are used for different courses. the structure of the labs and classrooms was good. there are Wi-Fi facility available in the college and smart classes were also there.
Faculty: There are around 135 teachers over there, each and every teacher was cooperative and very helpful. All teachers are friendly by nature They are helping in there free times and they help in projects also Teachers are very interesting by nature and good in their work.

    Punjab University is excellent.
Placements: In our college, only five students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 6.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Only top 2 students got internships out of the whole batch at PAU itself. All courses were practical. The top recruiting companies in soil science were IFFCO and KRIBHCO.
Infrastructure: Some the infrastructure was new and some was old. Labs and classrooms were good. Wi-Fi was available in the library and department. The library was excellent. The hostel quality was not good and food was adequate. Sports facilities were there. Games like table tennis, football and cricket were available.
Faculty: Our teachers were well-qualified and good at helping. It made students industry-ready. The minimum pass percentage was 60% in each course. Course exams were held in three phases, that were first hourly, mid-term, and final. Each exam had its weightage.
Other: I chose this course because I had an interest in soil science. Teachers sometimes bored students, but their experience was excellent. Events, fests, campus crowds, connectivity, and all were excellent and beyond our limits. Our college provided good opportunities for poor students so that they could pay their fees.

Almost every student got the internship and worked as a quality manager, food inspector etc.
Infrastructure: The labs were well-equipped with all the modern equipment. The classrooms were spacious with good seating arrangements and air-conditioners. There was a parking lot, a cafe near the library, valendrome, tennis court, hockey and football ground, clock tower, hospital as well in the university.
Faculty: All the teachers were well qualified from foriegn universities. They had a good and in-depth knowledge of their subject. Their teaching skills were perfect. The course curriculum was designed according to the modern demands of the industry. It was very much relevant and helpful as well.
Other: I chose this course because it provides very good roles in the food industry. Hostel nights, youth fest, flower show, Kisan Mela etc. were organised every year.
