It is a very good college with good infrastructure, and a new building is about to complete.

Placements: In the civil department, placements are below average. In the previous year out of 60 students, only 20 students got placed in good companies. Many companies come for placements, and out of 10, 7 students got placed through campus interviews.

Review of PES University (PESU).

Placements: Placements rates depended on the choice of students for every specialisation based batches for a total of 120 students. Many students from our batch opt for higher studies, so placements did not happen though and followed up is done through AlmaConnect app for students.

Good faculty, crowd, infrastructure but little unnecessary rules.

Placements: The placements in BBA at PESU are average as far as I know. It's been one year since I joined PES I have not seen placements of BBA happening or any senior who got placed till now. So maybe in the coming months, I may get to see and know it. Overall you can expect decent packages though.

Our college is the best for computer science enthusiasts, and it also encourages higher studies.

Placements: More than 70% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 50 LPA, and the average salary package offered is around 7 LPA. Placements depend upon the company. Companies which are visiting during August, i.e., 1st month of college are tier 1 companies, and all the students are willing to appear for online test. The competition is high, and the company is not ready to conduct the test and evaluate for such a huge crowd. They will increase their cutoff above 9 CGPA to reduce th...

Pretty good college overall.

Placements: While the raw placement stats would show over 80% of the students being placed, that number could be misleading as mass recruiters like accenture and TCS take a huge number of students. The highest salary offered in ECE is 18 Lacs CTC, throughout the whole college, it is over 50 Lacs CTC. Average would be around 6.5-7.5 Lacs CTC. Mathworks, National instruments, thoughtspot, Cure. Fit, signalchip, Microsoft, google, etc. Top roles vary from data scientist to software engineer to developer. Nearl...

Companies like Bosch, Mahindra, L&T, Ashok Leyland, Adobe, Amazon, Samsung and many more offer placements. For internships, the college has tie-up with many companies, so it is not an issue. Sometimes almost 98% in our course get placed as some students opt for completing their M.Tech or for further studies. The highest salary package offered is 36 LPA by a non-core company. Getting a job in core EC companies is difficult. You will have to stand out a lot if you want to get a job in the core companies. At the time of placements, you can attend the placements of IT companies also. Top companies like IBM, Cisco, Mi...

Placements: There are amazing placements. People get placed in companies like Microsoft, Flipkart, Amazon, but there is no cultural life. They only focus on studies all the time. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. The campus is not built very well, and most of the space is wasted.
