Review of PES University as I know if it after studying there for 2 years of my engineering studies.

Placements: Fine placement record till date. People have passed out with flying colors from this college. It's surely with joining. I haven't had any placement experience as if now but all I know is that this University is the best of the lot when it comes to placements especially for computer Science. Other branches are good too.

A good place to be in, but only if you to work hard or else, it'll be a nightmare.

Placements: The placements are good for CSE branch (90%). The highest package would be around 25-30 Lacs/annum, and the average package offered is 12 lakhs/annum. If you get into CSE department, 3 lakhs package is for sure, only your hard work will increase that number, that would only be for 5-10 students. Companies like Intuit, Microsoft, Amazon, Infosys, TCS, HCL, and Tapzo visit the college. For other branches, companies change every year.

One of the best infrastructure in Bangalore with a very attractive curriculum plan.

Placements: The placements offered in the civil core field are very less at the moment. My seniors got a job at Atkins global at a 6 lakhs package. The general placement in computer Science has been very good. Students from all branches can apply for jobs in the computer Science field of they are interested and have the necessary knowledge. The placement percentage is generally high but most students prefer going for higher education.

One of the good colleges and we had memories for lifetime.

Placements: To be frank, we are about 16 people in M.Tech in machine design. In our year we got a good package of around 8 LPA, but they selected only 1 person out of 16. Benz pool came to the college which none of around 10 people got selected, but professors are helpful in getting jobs. After completion around 5 people got placed. 2 along with me went for higher studies.

I'm satisfied and attained good knowledge because of the helpful faculty.

Placements: As far as I know, the placements for CS are the best in Karnataka, but for my branch, there are some placements, which are not good, that won't give you what you are passionate about. To tell about the seniors, they left the companies they have been placed in after one year. So far, we are facing these problems in mechanical engineering, but to talk about electronic engineering and electrical engineering, the placements are quite good compared to other colleges. The percentage is almost 100 for ...

PESIT is a decent college with good placements opportunities and average faculty members.

Placements: PESIT is one of the best institution in Bangalore when it comes about campus placement. It welcomes most of the software company from IT sector. College should focus more on core jobs as Many Non IT students ends up getting job in IT field in mass recruiters company.

College totally worth it because of excellent placements.

Placements: Placements when pes was under VTU were outstanding. It keeps increasing every year. Now being an autonomous University it is safe to say that some of the highest paid packages are grabbed by pes students. The average package can vary between 6-9 Lacs.

It has great faculty, disappointing placements and decent infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are pretty good for CS and EC but don't expect too much if you are in mechanical. The average package is around 4.5 LPA-5.5 LPA for CS and around 2.5 LPA-3.5 LPA for mechanical. Most of them got placed by some or the other companies. Big MNCs like Microsoft come and hire one or two students. The placement cell is informative, and they help a lot.

Best college, if you are considering an overall development.

Placements: The placements were average. The package offered was of the range 4 LPA to 5 LPA. The companies are offering good packages but recruited only 1-2 students. The placements happen tier wise, based on the package each company is providing. If a person is placed in tier-1 company, the package was above 10 lakhs per annum, and he is not allowed to sit for placements anymore.

A bit strict but quite helpful good placements and really brings creativity out.

Placements: Placements are good especially for those students who are interested in technical and there are 100% placements for IS and CS whereas a remaining branch is definitely on the score normally all branches like CS is EC EEE have good placements compared to mechanical and civil engineering students.

Very well satisfied with the 4-year course with minor difficulties.

Placements: Computer science department has a lot of companies for placement, but for the branches like civil, mechanical, core companies are very less, and most of them from above-mentioned branches opt for IT companies or financial companies. Overall, the placement is fine and the packages vary from 3.5 LPA to 12 lacs per annum. Sometimes, IT companies offer 20 LPA packages also.

Satisfied with their teaching, and just that they don't give the internal marks.

Placements: The placement provided in this year is less compared to the last year. The college provides the 100% placement for the people from CS, which is good. It is bad for the mechanical people as they don't get the placements only. You must know coding to get placed in T1 and T2, which is a bit hard for the people, who knows coding also.

Taking admission in PESIT- B.Sc.

Placements: The campus recruitment takes place in two way- with PESIT main campus, Bansankari and with alone. If your aggregate of marks is above 65% during campus visiting of the company, then the chances of getting placed are 90 to 100%. Sometimes the mass recruitment company consider 60% cut off also. Accenture came to the main campus including south and west campus and recruits around 316 students out which 150 students were from south campus. The placement starts from the 7th semester. And almost all t...

PES University is a worthy college.

Placements: Department-wise, the openings were there during my academic year. Very good opportunities are given to each and every student. The college had one of the best team for placement assistance. The minimum annual package offered was Rs. 3,00,000 per annum and many companies offered good packages. Even my senior batch had very good placement offers. Some companies offered with internship and full-time employment.

Exceptionally good teachers in the final year.

Placements: Every year, the placements do happen successfully. Even this year, the placement team from college side have performed well. The college has great alumni, they will help us in every step in stepping our future. They also help us to meet an ethical knowledge and also have pre-placement seminars conducted in the campus.

A review about PES University.

Placements: If you have more than 6.75 CGPA, then you have 95% chances of getting placed. So keep it in your mind from the 1st year only. Make sure that you have minimum 8 CGPA to have the chances of getting placed in tier 1 companies. This year 2017-18, the average salary package was of 6 lacs per annum.

The best VTU affiliated college in Bangalore.

Placements: They're the best among all VTU colleges. CSE and ISE departments have an advantage over other branches because of the number of companies that visit. Other branches like mechanical and ECE also have decent core companies visiting. Almost 120+ companies visit every year.

It is one of the best colleges in this city, and it is a good place to learn.

Placements: Placements are good. You should work hard to be at the top. There are top companies offering very good packages. They visit the campus for placements, and they are the dream companies for many students. The placement cell in the college is one of the best placement cells in this city. There are experienced staff and are well trained, they all arrange the placements very well, and it is best.

Really great and good college if you utilize.

Placements: Placement is good here, especially for computer science students. Don't expect 100 placement here. You must have good grades and aptitude skills. Other branches placement is also good, but mostly computer science companies recruit them. They have study hard to get core job. This applies everywhere.
