Faculty members need improvement.

Placements: It is an autonomous university for art students. Only the students of fine arts, performing arts, visual arts, etc., get a chance for placements. I am a student of a general course, and it has no value for direct placements. There is only an academic line open in our course.

Campus life is habitable, and people are friendly here.

Placements: Placements quality in our college is not much good. Internships are not offered by the companies. We need to find internship opportunities outside the college. In the fine arts section, there is a huge number of placements in the music, television and media industries.

I like our college surroundings. There are no complaints in our college.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good. About 13% of the students from our course got placed. The salary offered ranges in our course between Rs. 7,000-25,000 per month. Companies do not visit our campus to recruit students. About 3% of the students from our course get an internship.

Review of Rabindra Bharati University - RBU.

Placements: Placements are one of the best in India. This year, the highest salary package offered was to mathematics computing students, and it was about 1.38 crores per annum. Moreover, the average salary package offered for CSE is good, and it is around 25 LPA. The average salary package offered by MNCs is 19 LPA.

Memoir of Rabindra Bharati.

Placements: Placement is real bad for Bengal Masters students, most of my friends and classmates are unemployed and seeking for some job or pursuing some job oriented courses. Other courses are mostly same as Bengal but there is slightly better scenario for english department and department of fine arts.

You can fulfil your wish in this college.

Placements: There are lots of my batchmates who are having a successful career at many companies. Most of them are working as government employees. Few of them are doing their business. About 70-80% of the students got placed in the placements. Many companies visit our campus during the tenure. The students are offered the role of vocalists, anchors etc. Their salary varies from Rs.20,000 to Rs.2,00,000. About 50% of the students got the internship. The highest stipend offered to the students is Rs.36,000,...

The best college to study UG, PG, as well as to research (PhD).

Placements: There are no placements for B.A (Hons.) in Dance (Bharatnatyam). You have to achieve by yourself. There was no expected or the highest or lower salary. You have to complete your course. You should take advice and knowledge from Guru's, then set a goal for your career and achieve it. You will have no salary offering for your course. You get paid for your performance.

Good atmosphere for study, but teaching quality is not so good, poor placement in last few years.

Placements: Placement for our batch and senior batch is not so good. Only two to three per cent student were placed. They get nearly seven to eight thousands rupees per month. I never seen any company to visit our campus. The student who were placed are offered with back office job or some kind of lab assistant job. There is no placement cell in our university.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the faculty.

Placements: It is not a good place to study mathematics. If someone is very interested in competing master degree through regular courses, then they can join here. Some of my seniors got a good percentage, but they are not yet placed. Most of my seniors are taking coaching for competitive exams. According to my knowledge, only one of my seniors got a chance for PhD degree in Mumbai IIT.

It is the best university to study.

Placements: Many students of our university who are graduated are working in government or public schools. Some of the students got a chance to join PhD if they are qualified in NET and SET. Some students are part of the research. Few students are opening teaching centre.

According to me, it is a good college to study and gain the knowledge.

Placements: There are no direct placements, but they provide internship opportunities in different companies. They also provide placement oriented lecture sessions where many faculty and ex-students share their views and discuss the maker needs. 30% to 40% of the students got the internship from a reputed bank which offered a stipend of Rs.10,000. The faculty members are very kind and helpful. They guide the students about where to apply for jobs. Many students are working as a research associate in various...

Music and more at Rabindra Bharati University.

Placements: Though I have done my masters in music here, there are not so much scope of placements. You can come into contact with versatile music personalities here while studying in here at R.B.U. From here, you can make or explore your own way to get opportunities that can help you to make your place broader in the future.

One of the great university I have ever seen. The environment of the campus is just mind blowing. The environment is enough to attract this university. Not only environment but the faculty is also very good. They very much cooperative. Every students of arts must attain this university for higher studies. Its library has a very vast collection of books. The student's union is also very friendly.

Rabindra Bharati University is known for vocal arts, fine arts departments this is very good thing.

Placements: A student need minimum 80 to 90 percentage to be placed in my course. There are no salary offered because this is a government university and here if you get good marks in exams then you will get higher salary jobs. If you choose arts stream then you will get 12000 rupees package which can help your study. Average students got internships from my course and they get jobs in many companies.

The college is very nice compared to the fee charged.

Placements: There are no placement opportunities in our college because it is a university and we are studying here to get a Master's degree. It helps students in future to get good jobs in academics. Also, our college makes sure that every student gets a job in a good company. Although it is a distance education university the people who are already placed somewhere can get a nice scope on completing the course here.
