B.Tech. (Hons.) in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2026

The infrastructure and faculty are good, and students have to catch up on things along with it.
Placements: We are the first batch. Companies are coming now. They said placements are aligned with the RVCE. We have to see what will happen with our batch. Currently, I am in the 5th semester, we have to see when we enter the 6th semester and get full-time placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and everything are good. The library is small. The new building for the library will be soon available. There are 2-3 hostels. Some hostels' maintenance is good. The food is average. Some hostels' food is good. The maintenance is average. One hostel is good, but it is outside of the campus.
Faculty: The course is helpful. If students are dedicated to learning, the course is very good. Exams are average. The passing percentage is 95%. Only attendance shortage students may fail exams. Subjects are like they explore we to most of the valuable courses. we have to choose which like and want to work with in the future.
Other: I want to go into the tech field, so I chose this course. We need some more time to practice. Events are good. I am not involved in events much.

The best place if you want to go to a college with a lot of facilities.
Placements: Many people were placed in the placements. In my course, we have up to 120 students. A lot of us were offered internship opportunities. I'm not sure about top recruiting companies, but I'm sure there are plenty of them. I am not sure about the highest or lowest packages offered either.
Infrastructure: We have a top-class library, so accommodating and comfortable. The facilities are a 4/5 since there's more construction happening. The hostel medical facilities are great, and so is sports; we have one event happen every year. Most of the events are hosted by the clubs. It's very enjoyable and fun.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are well qualified and professional. The teaching quality is 4/5. Yes, the course curriculum is absolutely relevant and informative. Semester is pretty hard. We have a 70/30 variant where 70 is CIE and 30 is final exams. It does get slightly stressful sometimes but is pretty manageable.
Other: This course was chosen by me because I want to pursue an MBA and become an HR manager. I want to improvise the part where there is more practical work than theoretical skills. Events and fests happen every month or two. They have amazing opportunities and offer art electives too.

The college is great but needs improvement in consistency.
Placements: Since the college is new, the starting packages received through placements isn't a lot, but due to placements taking place side by side with RVCE, we are able to get placements in well-established companies. It is expected that as time progresses, the placements will get better and better.
Infrastructure: The course is very flexible, wherein students are introduced to a lot of necessary topics and areas of computer science that are required. The hostel is very good as well, with great food and decent rooms and other facilities that are required are readily available as well.
Faculty: The faculty is not very great due to constant changes in faculty, which does cause issues once in a while. The exam structure is basic and the same as other colleges. The curriculum is the best part of the course and it introduces you to all the necessary requirements, which you can build upon.
Other: The campus is great and vast, with a diverse group of people and regular events keeping it fresh and relaxing.

Good college. I recommend it to the further upcoming batches.
Placements: Yet the college I am studying only has third-year students i.e., fifth-semester students and we don't have any of the students batch passouts from our college, so I have no idea about the placement and the other college, i.e., Rv College of Engineering, has had 93 percent on-campus placement in the past year.
Infrastructure: We have awesome infrastructure in our college and I feel that there is no such college with this many facilities and this good infrastructure, and we have such good faculty members with a lot of years of experience and a good teaching style.
Faculty: We have awesome faculty members with good years of experience and we are lucky to have such good faculty members and such a good college rather than some DAP faculty members. Rest assured, all the faculty members are good and no words are enough to appreciate that we are actually lucky guys who got into this college.
Other: Nothing but the best college.

Satisfaction matters when campus is combined with RVCE.
Placements: Placements are very good in our college. We are combined with rvce, and we all know rvce is good at placement. Our highest placement is 24 LPA. The lowest is 5 LPA. About 75% of people got internships at our college. Samsung, TCS, and other brands are among the most popular.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good at this college. The mess and canteen are very good. Wi-Fi is very good. It is like a modern college; we shared ground with RV College. It is very helpful for sportspeople. Extracurriculars are more common at this college. Sports equipment is very good.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. Exams are quite tough and the mode of exam is different from VTU. We got an exam on Hackerank and a safe exam browser for C programming. So there is no way to copy. This college maintains more discipline when it comes to the exams, curriculum and classes.

Great campus, faculty, and course.
Placements: RV University recently started its B.Tech course, and the oldest batch is currently in the third year. Currently, internship placements are going on (rather unsuccessfully), but it will get better with time as the college has great brand value due to RV College of Engineering.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are very spacious, with every desk having charger points. There is a sports complex, health center, and incubation center (for startups and patents). There are three canteens, with the biggest canteen having an exclusive non-vegetarian and chaat counter with outdoor seating. The hostel food is pretty decent, and the hostels are very secure and particular about visitors.
Faculty: The faculty is extremely qualified and resourceful. They are also very friendly and approachable. The courses are very different from the VTU prescribed ones while keeping up with their spirit. They are practical and make the students industry-ready. Students are encouraged to do at least two projects per semester. The exams are not necessarily easy. The college also provides merit-based scholarships to students each semester.
