Really good in infrastructure, discipline and other facilities.

Placements: Placements in the year 2017-18 were satisfying. Various companies including Paypal, Amazon, MuSigma, Symantec, Informatica, GE Appliances, Zoho, TCS and several other MNCs and start-ups visited the campus providing internships and placement. The highest package was offered by Amazon which is 23LPA followed by Paypal which offered 21LPA. Almost 98 percent of the students who SAT for the placements were offered jobs. A placement cell is there who work very hard for the students to get good in fact...

Good infrastructure and good facilities.

Placements: The placements are very good for software people, i.e., for CSE, IT, ICT etc. 100 percent of the students will be placed in their software jobs, but for mechanical and civil and other core branches have fewer opportunities of placements, i.e., they do not get jobs in their respective core companies.

There is really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Most of the students get placed in IT and CSE companies, irrespective of their branch, so students will definitely have a back-up. Based on your talent and score, you'll be placed in core companies for mechanical. Placement for mechanical companies is less compared to software companies. Any student can apply for internships and letters will be sent to the corresponding companies.

Placements: Glad to say that sastra university has 90% placements and the highest comes around 15 Lacs and avg. salary is 3.5 Lacs. TCS almost takes all the students who has CGPA more than 7.5 no doubt every one will be placed in the campus. admission process is transperant and owesome.

One can learn and experience a lot inside the campus.

Placements: There are 100% placements for all the cleared students, and that doesn't mean arrear students will not get placed. The average salary package is 3.5 LPA. Mostly TCS will offer jobs for 60% of the students. Some other IT companies like Wipro and IBM will also take a good number of people. Only three or four core companies will be visiting the campus.

Placements: Placements are very good compare to the surrounding universities to our university and for mechanical and civil core jobs will be some what low compare to CSE and IT. Software people will have 100 per placements for mechanical and other core branches will have 70per over all our college placements are very good.

Sastra-engineering life-enjoyment.

Placements: Placements here are done based on the merit of the student and not on the marks of them. Even a 6 GPA scorer can get the job if he has knowledge of the subject he studied. Marks are not the only criterion for the placement. The knowledge and the understanding of the subject is what impresses the recruiter. In our college every year almost 600 students are getting placed in their core companies and 1000 students in software sector.

Amazing Campus Life and Good placements in 2015.

Placements: To be honest, most of the students end up working in an IT/ITES companies, irrespective of their field of study. And for that matter, the number of placements are fairly good with a minimum package of 2.5-3 LPA. Some of my batch mates and seniors went on to pursue their Masters degree course and a few where also placed in reputed Manufacturing companies like Caterpillar, Royal Enfield, Hyundai Motors, Ford Motors, TVS Motors, Titan, etc. Here the annual package ranged between 4.5-6.5 LPA. Placements: Core companies for the EEE department are very less, when compared to other departments. You must always stay focused and alert to have a better result at the end. If you opt for higher studies like MS, MBA, GATE or, Civils or any other sort, then you are pretty lucky because the college connects you with the required people and makes your job easier. But when it comes to internships, don't even dream of thinking that the college would help you in getting one. They would not bother in searching ...

Placements: Placements in SASTRA are evergreen still holding great with more than 90% placements. Major companies visited recently are amazon, PayPal, Microsoft, TCS and many more to come. The training has been consistent and more supportive from T&P Department. TCS had recruited around 700 students from recent batch.

Placements: The placement on our campus is almost 80%. The highest salary package is around Rs. 20 Lacs per annum and was for one or two students. The average salary offered is around Rs. 3 Lacs per annum. A few companies I knew that came were Hyundai, New sigma, TCS, Ashok Leyland, Cyprus and more. The branch I study is B.Tech EEE is a part of SEEE and offers a good knowledge of subjects. There is a placement cell in our college.
