Great for computer science and mechanical engineering students.

Placements: The college has constantly maintained a 100% placement record. It is quite commendable considering the huge batch size of 2000+ students. Big IT giants visit the campus and recruit in huge numbers with TCS being the prime recruiter. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA.

Completely worth to study over here. Students, who are techie can exhibit their talent. The student who wants to have fun and exhibit their talent in arts and sports can excel in life with full support. Even if the student has a backlog, he or she will be placed in a very good company for his/her intelligence. There will be respect and full freedom for the students. The other important thing is food. Food will be delicious in the hostel as well as College Canteen. The wide varieties of North Ind...

The faculty is good and the infrastructure is up to the mark. The placements are really good and average pay is about 4.5 LPA. The jobs offered are mostly from software companies and on the other hand, technical companies do visit the campus and recruit sufficient students according to their needs but still software companies are more in number. The sports facility is also good but it has a scope to improve and sports are being conducted at SASTRA. The hostels for students are good has a very go...

It is a very good college in terms of placement. Though the hostel food won't taste good, it's healthy. Library and canteen are awesome. The sports facilities are also very nice. They have a pretty good gym with a trainer. The fee is also nominal as compared to other colleges. Many good companies come for campus recruitment. I currently work in TCS and there is a good reputation of students who come from Sastra.

Nonveg is not allowed inside the campus. Students are coming from different parts of the country.so English becomes compulsory to communicate to students. Right from the quality of education to campus infrastructure the standard is always high. The semester fee was also nominal. One of the best educational institutes in South India.

Placements: Placements are awesome. Many companies visit SASTRA for core and all other sectors every year. Best training and placements team is present. Future is secured if a student works hard in SASTRA University. Many students get placed usually. A lot of flexibility in attending interviews.

The Management is very concerned about providing quality education to all the students and this is very much reflected in the everyday life as well as the policies of the University. The Placements are also good and it’s getting better every year.

There I got to learn many languages as Sastra is well known for a multilingual place, training for placements and implant training is too good and they get 100% placement in every year.
