Infrastructure and career opportunities are awesome. But some stupid rules and hospitality towards students is a little lacking. Teaching staff is almost good. Mess food for hostels especially guys and girls from other states have to adjust yourself. Strict rules for girls as they have to be inside the hostel before 6 pm.

The college has a good atmosphere with a wide mix of people from different states, which helped us to speak English much better. Coming to course details, though we are in mechatronics, we are poor in electronics side. It differs from year to year, because subjects are chosen based on student’s interest. For further studies, if you want to write GATE, we don’t have an option in there which made us to focus on mechanical side. Those who want to go for foreign studies, then this course is useful (...

College is surrounded by good atmosphere, and is worth every penny. Quality of teaching is very good and all professors are very keen to help. Play grounds for playing various sports are available, its football ground is worth mentioning. Cultural festivals are organized in a very good manner every year, bringing in professional singers to the college. And organizing various technical events is also done in a very good way.

In view of infrastructure, faculty, and facilities it's a very good college. Placements wise it ensures that we are placed into any MNC, provided we give our best. Coming to improvements which can be made, rules and regulations need to be moderate so that students can enjoy a bit during their graduation.

SASTRA University is the place to be if you are looking to do research or get placed quickly. The campus is very green and lush, and provides a wonderful atmosphere. However, one can only experience the full goodness of the college by staying on-campus. Being a day scholar can leave one with many inconveniences. Many of the fests, events and club activities are not easy to attend being a day scholar, due to the timing restraint. The staff vary in standards. Some of the staff can really extract t...

Pros - Good T&P cell, good and enough placements. You will get enough time to do, what you love to do, as the courses are not so tough. So, even with a little effort you can do well. Some of the faculties have good professional network, so if you are close to them, they can fetch you some good project. Cons - Overall faculty members are really bad and inexperienced. Out of 10 faculties only two might be good enough to teach engineering. Worst management, so much of restrictions for no good reaso...

It’s a good college with great facilities and certain job assurance. College fee is almost equivalent to government colleges which means any average family can send their children to this university. This college gives hundred percent placement assurance which is more than enough to expose qualities of this college.

A college where I learnt a lot in my life, both professionally and personally. It was a good university during my tenure as the fees was also average at that time, compared to other universities like VIT, Amrita, SRM which costs you a lot. Comparatively, it is the best in infrastructure, staff, environment is awesome.

SASTRA University (Shanmugha Arts Science Technology and research academy) it’s a good College with 100 % placement. But the rules and fines are really strict. Now a days getting a seat in the college itself is getting difficult. People from AP should get at least 98% in groups to qualify for the cut-off.

Good infrastructure and good lab, we can learn all subjects in practical classes. Environment is superb and the only disadvantage is there are no AC rooms. At the end of the college life there will be one job in our hand.

It is a very good and superb place to study. A must study place, excellent exposure. Infrastructure could be improved, but a must place to study and have fun for your experience. The fees they charge is quite minimal and it’s the best worth for money. It completely depends on the individual how he wants to grab the opportunities and utilize it. The college management tries to support you only when you show a quite good reason for them to support an individual.

All the staff members are well educated and the lab facilities were very good with lab technicians. Also, the best part about this college is the canteen and canopy.
