Placements: Only one company visited for placements for our department. About 2-4 IT companies allowed our department students to attend their placement process. Placements: Low salary packages offering companies only recruit students from here. Many of the students will not be satisfied with the process, so many reputed companies should visit here and hire students. So, I suggest our college to give me the best because students are developing themselves. So, our college should give an opportunity for students.

Placements: Initial creamy layer students either who had good scores or high technical knowledge got placed in core companies like L&T, Amazon, Microsoft, Bosch and Ford with the highest salary package. Most of the students got placed in IT companies like TCS, L&T, Wipro, etc. CTO, software developer, marketing consultant, data scientist were some of the roles offered to students. The salary packages offered were in the range of 9 LPA to 2 LPA.

Placements: SASTRA is providing placements to almost 90% of the students recruited and providing good opportunities for doing master degree abroad. It has got special autonomy recently, and the government is funding university some money for researches in all branches.

Placements: The college had reputed IT companies for placements but not expected level core companies, which made us hate our course, especially during our last semester as everything we learnt fades away. Nearly 85% of students got placed, and the average salary package offered was around 3.3 LPA. Our college encouraged us in all aspects, like aptitude training and communication skills.

Placements: The average salary package offered 3-3.5 LPA. It is good for the CSE department. The highest salary package offered is 21 LPA. Last year, almost 50% of the students, i.e., almost 750 out of 1500 students were hired by Tata Consultancy Services. For the last three years, the highest package is offered to the IT department students.

Placements: The placements here are 100% if the student clears all the subjects before the 6th semester. TCS itself recruit almost 1000 students per year with an average salary package of 3.15 LPA. And the rest of the students are recruited by Accenture, IBM, Wipro, HCL and many other IT companies. Companies also come from core sector for all the different branches. Placements: Placements are going good. But very few people option for placements because most of the people will end up in litigation. SASTRA has a capacity to increase it's placements in few years. SASTRA recommends great internships. SASTRA has great fame when we take up job outside.

Placements: The placement rate of our college depends on the academic performance of students and the availability of jobs in that particular year. You can surely get placed in any service-based companies like TCS, Wipro, CTS, Infosys, etc., if you have a minimum CGPA of 7.5 without any standing arrears.
