Review of Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences.

Placements: The average package offered in that course is generally 6-7 LPA. The percentage of students who get internships from that course is normally 10-20%. Companies like Mahindra, Escorts, TAFE, etc., are involved. Nothing much can be said about that college. Top roles offered from the course include Sales Manager, Sales, etc.

Our college is good if you are taking admission for bachelor's degree.

Placements: In M.Tech, there are no placements at this university. And even though there's no internship program in the M.Tech. Food Teaching course, food engineering students can become food inspectors, food scientists, and food safety officers, and there are many private companies in the food sector where they can get a job.

Everything that glitters is not gold.

Placements: There are approximately 30 students in my batch. But the college is not good regarding teachers and studies. It does not provide any opportunity to students of jobs after the completion of graduation. No companies come here and even if any comes then only 1% students get placed.

Not at all recommended for management studies.

Placements: Nothing like placement in the college. The management department is no good here. In batch 2016-19 No B.Com student was placed with good package. Only good for agricultural students not other courses. No improvement in placement records till date. Students get no opportunity.

Our college has poor education quality and I do not recommend this college.

Placements: Our college provides poor placements. No companies visit the campus for placements. They have a centralised process. B.Com students never got a good salary package from this college. Salaries offered ranges from Rs. 12,000 per month - Rs. 20,000 per month. The job role offered was mostly as tele-caller and in operations. The placement ratio is below average.

SHUATS is a below-average college, and the professors are not good.

Placements: Our college does not provide placements for B.Com students. All the companies visit our college are for agriculture students, so admissions for B.Com has dropped a lot. Students do not want the join college if it does not provide good placements. In our whole batch, only 9-10 students could get a job at the college, and that too they had to leave because of salary issues.

Satisfied because of infrastructure and faculty, absolutely dissatisfied cause of placements

Placements: The placements are good and they are offering the best jobs in the country and the other countries also. The companies like Bayer crop sciences, chemical fertilizers Ltd and many more were offering 15,000 to 30,000 per month and 6 students were selected for Xolo an Australian company and some from B.Sc. and B.Tech were selected for South Indian pathological labs.

Review of SHUATS - Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences.

Placements: I joined this college in the year 2016. In the year 2020, I will leave this college, and it will take 1-year extra because of my backlogs. The salary offered to the students ranges between Rs. 20,000 to 8 LPA. A top role offered in our course is agriculture.

I suggest you that keep this university as your last option.

Placements: The worst thing about this college is the placements. The highest and lowest salaries are not offered as companies don't visit here for placements. During our tenure, only 2 companies visited for placements, and that too only for sales and marketing fields. Even a single company also didn't visit here for the core field of biotechnology.

You can have a degree without knowledge from this college.

Placements: The placement cell of the college is not that well organised and tie-up with renowned companies. So the placement rate is around 20%. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amul, Parag, etc. The average salary package offered in our course is around 2 LPA. Students use to do internship from Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., Parag Dairy, Amul, etc.

Nice ambience but curriculum is wrecked.

Placements: Placement in last few years has been very weak. The placement cell in the college is almost dead. You certainly will have to rely on off campus placement. There are few companies that regularly visit the campus and cherry pick few of students. Try to avoid it.

No placement, Complete dissatisfaction, Rude faculty, complete politics here

Placements: I do not recommend anyone to take admission in this college. From the beginning of the semester till the end of the semester, I found only 2 out of 10 professors helpful. If you want to gain knowledge from this college, I highly suggest you to change your mind. Environment, facilities, professors everything is poor here. Teachers play politics here and if you raise any questions against them they will not let you pass the semester exam. A bad experience here. My 3 batchmates leave this college i...

Absolutely dissatisfied with the college in each and every aspect.

Placements: 1. Since more than 5 years, there are no placements in Mass communication from the side of the college. 2. They show the degree of Journalism but forcefully directly or indirectly indulge in filmmaking. 3. Internships have to be taken by self, there is no involvement of the college.
