Great facilities for students.
Placements: In my university, we had a total of 20 students, and we had the highest course for our studies. We came from various places and started studying and became friends. We had good opportunities for further studies and for jobs. I really liked the students' behavior too.
Infrastructure: It's a great university where I studied. We had good facilities for the students, Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. The Wi-Fi was strong, which was better for studies. There were unique smart TVs in each and every class, making it easy to study. The hostel food was very good.
Faculty: The greatest of all time! I had never seen this kind of knowledge in my studies. As a student, I am very thankful to have gained good knowledge about my studies. In my university, the teachers and faculty members were very good in solving every problem for the students. Great knowledge.
Other: It's a great university in Sikkim with good educational knowledge for students.

An honest review of Sikkim University.
Placements: The placement cell is not active for most of the departments in the university. The university campus is located in a remote area, and most of the departments are of the arts stream, so the placement cell is not at all active. However, it is active for some departments in the university.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and the facilities are available for students in the university. Hostels are quite good. Rules and regulations for students in the hostels are strict. The environment of the hostels is also safe for the girls' students.
Faculty: Faculty members of the university are well-qualified and experienced. Their teaching quality is also good. The level of exams in the university is moderate. Every year 2 final semester exams are being conducted by the university for the students, and the overall academic performance of the students is also being checked by the university.
Other: Actually, the university campus is not available completely for most of the students. Fests are conducted by the university every year, and different types of events are also conducted by the university for the enjoyment of the students.

It does not totally make a person ready for the industry, and the infrastructure is good.
Placements: There were 40 students in each course and we also had 40 students. There are no recruiting companies for our course; they are only for degrees, and further studies have to be done. We don't get internships in our college, and we don't work for the companies while studying in this course. There are no top roles offered.
Infrastructure: There are labs and Wi-Fi, but Wi-Fi has limited connectivity with only limited data that could be used, and the classrooms were nice but not fully digital, and the library is good. The quality of food in the college canteen is fine, and there is no mess or medical facilities; we have an ambulance provided by the government, and for the sports, there are fewer sports.
Faculty: Teachers were fully qualified and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality was also good. The course is relevant, but it doesn't make us fully ready for the industry because we have to go for the studies after this as well. Semester exams are difficult in college, and the minimum past percentage is 45% in major subjects.
Other: I chose this course because I am from bio background and I like this course. The thing that should be better in this course is that the major subjects should be taught from the beginning of the semester. There are events, fests, campus, crowd connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarships, extra curricular activities, etc.

College is quite small but peaceful.
Placements: Almost 100 students can take admission here. College placements are quite good. Here, around 100% of job placements are there. The highest salary package can go up to lakhs and the average salary offered is Rs. 60,000. Top recruiters are Sun Pharma, Torrent, Zydus, and more companies that offer jobs to the students here. Almost 80% of students get jobs.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite okay but the campus is small. Classrooms are not that well maintained. Washrooms are not clean. Wi-Fi is there in college. Library is good, and it has many books. Hostel is free of cost. Only mess bill is charged every month. Infrastructure is in the middle of the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly with students. They help students in every way possible and give their best in class to make students understand the topic. B. Pharmacy is a professional course and it helps students to gain discipline and standards. Semester exams are not too easy nor too hard it's moderate. Almost 90% of students pass every semester, some get back papers and it's normal.
Other: I am interested in pharmacy so I chose this course and due to the location of this college I chose this college. College doesn't organise any fest or sports activities.

The best college to become a pharmacist.
Placements: Students get their placement offers but many refuse. As they open their pharmacy shops. The salary package offered is Rs. 20,000. Many companies visit our college to give placements like Cipla, Torrent Pharma, and many other well-known companies.
Infrastructure: Our labs are also very good with high-tech devices. The hostel is also very good with good seniors. No kind of ragging is tolerated. The superintendent of our hostel is also very helpful.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. Most of the teachers are Ph.D. holders. They have great teaching experience. Most of the teachers are highly educated. The exam pattern is very simple. There are 8 semesters during the bachelor's degree. We have 2 sessional exams. Each semester gives well-preparation for students to score good marks. Faculty members are very humble and friendly with students. They are great tutors.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a drug inspector. These colleges give better lessons during the whole course.

If you are just looking for a college to quickly wrap up the college life, you're good to go.
Placements: About 40-50% of the students were placed. The highest package may have been 30 LPA, and the lowest is not known. The top recruiting company last year was Cipla. Around 40% of students got internships from our course in companies like Cipla, V-Guard, etc. The top roles offered in our courses are Drug Inspector, Manager in Industries.
Infrastructure: The facilities are fine, but the infrastructure is a bit smaller than what I imagined. Classrooms are in an old fashion. The hostel has better facilities, but the Wi-Fi mostly doesn't work. The mess food is just average. There are no canteens in the infrastructure of the college.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are indeed helpful and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is fine. Yes, the course makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams aren’t as difficult when compared to average students. The pass percentage on average is 70%.
Other: I chose this course due to my passion for a medical course. The job opportunities are vast. I would really love it if it were a 5-year course without having to do a Master's. The campus isn’t crowded yet, and it's a bit small for someone who has been studying in a private school. Scholarship facilities are minimal, I see.
