The faculty and the course curriculum are good.

Placements: The placement cell is extremely good. The course offered here makes us eligible for our dream job. 70% of the students were placed in the last year. The highest package is 20 lakhs per annum by Amazon, and the average salary is 4.5 lakhs per annum. At least 60% of the students got an internship from the college.

The best college with good infrastructure and faculty, and placement is also good.

Placements: Before 2011, the placement condition was really good for the core sector, but after that number of the core sector companies have decreased. But, in software, you will get good opportunities with various mass recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra and others. But the core sector companies such as TVS, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra and Mahindra, Tata Steel are less, and they take very few candidate.

Awesome 4-year experience at ITER, Bhubaneswar

Placements: Lots of opportunities were taken for on-campus and off-campus placements of students in a wide array of companies for my seniors as well as my batch. Reputed names for on-campus recruitment included Deloitte, Inautix, TekSystems, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, CDK Global and Standard Chartered Bank among others.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty, placement, and infrastructure in 2014.

Placements: The seniors had excellent placements. Around 95 percent students got placed. For us, it was good. At our time, some good companies didn't turn up. The lowest package offered would be 3.2 lpa and the highest was 10 lpa. Internships are not offered by the college. You can arrange for your own internships. I did it one from BSNL and Rourkela Steel Plant in the communication department. I was an ECE student.

I want to say that all the students of our country should take admission here

Placements: In the last academic year, 100% placements took place. Companies took the students at 10 lakhs and a minimum of 2 lakhs. Many of the companies give very high packages like 25 lakhs in our college. The placement incharge helps the student in a good direction and he gave the advice to students.

It's ranked 1 in the state of Odisha and that says all.

Placements: It was fine with an average placement of 85-90%. Hoping the trend continues in the upcoming days. Big companies like Deloitte, Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Mahindra and Mahindra, TVS, Adani, MindTree, HSBC, etc. recruit the students. The track record of ITER in the last 20 years has an upward graph and the college has created its own image of a well-renowned college in the entire country.

Focused on academics but also considering all other parameters.

Placements: All I can say is that it depends purely on you, the way you showcase the way you get it. The average package- 4 lacs. Finding a core company for branches other than CSE is rare which is the case in every engineering college I feel.

Odisha's number 1 engineering college.

Placements: There is a good placement record of the university(SOA University). The maximum number of students got placed every year through the campus. 95% placements are done in the university itself. Companies like HCL, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc visit here. There is even a training programme from the college to students in summers for cracking interviews in campus placements.

ITER, the hub of modern education

Placements: For my senior batch, TCS came as the mass recruiter and more than 700 students were placed. Then came MNCs like Capgemini, Tech Mahindra and other companies in which more students got placed. For my batch, the placements started with FCS offering an annual package of 6 LPA, and Zycus offered 3.75 LPA. Then came mass recruiters Wipro and Infosys in which more than 900 students got placed. Everything has some disadvantages. This college too has some, but has more to offer.

Placements: The placements are good. Again it all depends on the students. If they intend to achieve anything, nobody can stop them. It hardly matters if one is placed or not. Because placement is nowhere related to becoming a successful person. So work hard. The average package is 3 lakhs and the highest is 7 lakhs as in the year 2017.

Placements: 90% of the students are placed, and this is the best university ever seen. The best companies come here with the best packages for the freshers. The placement department is a separate department on our campus, which keeps all records of the student and the college takes all the risk for the students until they are placed.
