Master of Planning in Regional Planning - Batch of 2023

Overall best college for Master of Planning in Regional Planning course.
Placements: Nearly 93% of respondents to this poll had sent 16 LPA to prestigious business consulting firms, including IBI Group, AECOM India, and Egis India. Five members of my cohort were less willing to demonstrate that they had their own career aspirations, while 25 out of 30 LPA had contributed. About 95% of my senior batch was placed. A lot of students were given internships. Urban designer and transportation planner were among the top positions.
Infrastructure: Our campus was really large downtown. It provided excellent bus and metro connections. We could concentrate on our observations and projects in our classrooms. There were lots of books at the library that could teach us about other subjects. Students get access to hotel amenities.
Faculty: Teachers were incredibly polite, modest, and helpful. They were knowledgeable, skilled, and excellent at explaining ideas. This was the best in terms of education, and technology was compatible with education. We may claim that semester examinations were tricky to average, depending on how well students prepared. Around 70% of them pass.

Master of Planning in Regional Planning - Batch of 2025

Overall best College for Master of Planning in Regional Planning Course.
Placements: In fact, SPA Delhi is offering quality facilities and career opportunities to its students in the Regional Planning course. The average package offered is around 15-29 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our study are L&T Infra, IBI Group, World Bank etc. About 60-75% of the students get internships in our college. The top roles offered in our course are GIS Analyst, Urban Designer and more.
Infrastructure: Hotel rooms are spacious enough to accommodate two people, and they come equipped with all the amenities that guests could need, including a B.Ed study table, and an almirah. No one lives in PG here because hostels are required and have enough rooms for students. Both faculty members and students have access to Wi-Fi facilities. Additional, the college offers excellent classroom facilities. Additional, there are libraries with a good selection of books.
Faculty: Old and experienced faculty are available. It is always possible to reach out to students and there are friendly relations between students and faculty members. The course is definitely relevant, it makes the student know about the city from a different perspective. There are tests at the end of each month that are easily accepted. The only difficult is the jury. The pass rate is 93%.. .

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) - Batch of 2023

College is good academically; it provides much knowledge for the industrial revolution.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed, with the highest salary found to be 14-15 LPA as per the data provided. Average packages here are 6-7 LPA, which is decent. Top recruiting companies include Boyce & Godrej, JLL India, Deloitte, and the World Bank. The internship percentage is also good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure isn't that good in SPA, which wasn't expected from a top college, but the education provided here is top-class. In their studios, there are some factors that aren't ideal, and since the college campus isn't that large, I'm not fully satisfied with the infrastructure; it's just average.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, humble, and kind. They are qualified and experienced and explain concepts really well. Education-wise, this is the best, and academics are good enough for industrial knowledge. Semester exams depend on how well students prepare; they're average to tough, we can say.
Other: Events are enjoyable, and seniors are helpful and kind. There's no peer pressure; if we want to pursue something, we can, and if we don't, they won't force us, which is the best thing I find there. My batchmates were also good. I chose this course because it includes technical and artistic elements along with innovations. Academically, it's the best. I would like to say that the campus would be more enjoyable if it were larger.

It's one of the best colleges in India.
Placements: About 80% of students get placements in our college. The highest and lowest salaries are 12 LPA and 8 LPA, respectively. The average salary is around 8 LPA. Top hiring companies are AECOM, WSP, Atkins, L&T, and Urban Mass Transit Company (UMTC). About 75% of students get internship opportunities at this college. Policy Analyst, Urban Mobility Consultant, and Transport Planner are the most in-demand positions.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure available for our architecture course was well-maintained and developed in SPA. The college campus had all the necessary facilities for the students. Wi-Fi, labs, a library, a canteen, classrooms, halls, a sports complex, a hostel, medical services, and more were all available to students at the college. All these facilities were of good quality.
Faculty: The faculty of SPA University was very qualified and knowledgeable. The professors of this college were helpful and supportive to the students. Their teaching method was good, and they helped the students to understand all the concepts. The course curriculum followed in the college was relevant and made the students industry-ready. Master of Planning in Urban Planning - Batch of 2020

Overall, the best college for Master of Planning in Urban Planning Course.
Placements: About 78% of the students get placements in our college. Our college provides excellent educational opportunities to the students. The maximum and minimum salaries in our study are 16 LPA and 3 LPA, respectively. The average salary in our study is around 9 LPA. Top recruiting agencies are ATKINS, Sasaki Associates, Hassell, etc. Students get internship opportunities also in this college.
Infrastructure: SPA was founded in 1941 and is still operating on the same campus. The planning department building was constructed the same year as the construction building a few years later. Labs, libraries, sports facilities, etc., are available in the college. WiFi facilities are provided in hostels. The new campus is being built at Vasant Kunj and should be operational in the next 5-10 years.
Faculty: This college has very good and knowledgeable faculty members. Most faculty members have extensive experience in their specialties. Bachelor of Planning - Batch of 2027

The best college if you want to enjoy your college life; it's well-diversified.
Placements: Post like town planner, country planner, and transport planner, and also the placements can be in many government offices and as well as private offices. The highest and the lowest package according to me in my college for the private sector is like 6 LPA to 10 LPA. The companies like IPE Global, Hitachi Vantara, LASA, L&T, DDA, DTC, DMRC, and ISRO.
Infrastructure: When we talk about the facilities on the campus, to be honest, we don’t even have proper classrooms and our building is so weak that we don’t even know when it will collapse. There are no proper drinking water facilities and we don’t have a strong Wi-Fi connection, not even good teaching boards and no good projectors for projecting digital works. But the only good thing on campus is the Nescafe and the canteen from where we can get good food, but still, they impose very high prices on us. There is no hostel on campus, it’s 10 km away.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is completely good with the completely experienced faculty. When we come to the course curriculum, it is so advanced that when we compare it with other colleges, it is 6 months advanced and it will definitely make students ready for the future. The semester exam is not that difficult. Every ordinary student can pass it and the pass percentage is 95%.
Other: I chose this course because I got this admission in an institute of national importance and there is no scope for the software in the future, so I just want to try something new. The best thing about this course is that it will also give us a chance to get government jobs. When we talk about life in SPA DELHI, it is completely unique from others: the activities, cultural events, the diversity in the college, the extracurricular activities, the festivals celebrated, the bond between seniors and juniors, and the different culture of the college make it special.
