Placements: We were provided with both internship and placement opportunities at our college. The placement rate was 97% and companies like Gammon India, Tata Consulting Engineers and Larsen & Toubro offered roles like project engineer, structural engineer, and design engineer.

Placements: From the 6th semester, students were eligible for placements. Top recruiting companies were Wipro, Tech Mahindra, HCL, and Accenture. The highest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 2.4 LPA. Almost 90% of students got placed in this course.

Placements: Almost more than 50 percent of the students in my batch were placed in different companies. The lowest package offered was 2 LPA, and the highest package offered was 4 LPA. The average package is 3 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies were Biocon, Dindigul Thalappakatti, Britannia, Hatsun, etc.

Placements: Industry placement is offered for M. Tech bioinformatics companies like TCS Research, which stands for Life Science, and Dr. Reddy, for Biotech, but many students choose Ph.D. as an option. The batch strength ranges from 30 to 52, out of which about 5 to 10 get a good placement, others opt for a higher research path in India or abroad, and all students in previous batches are engaged in industry or Academia.

Placements: Industry placements were provided for M.Tech bioinformatics students in companies like TCS Research, Strands Life Science, and Dr. Reddy. Many students were interested in pursuing Ph.D. There were 15 to 30 students in a batch, out of which 5-10 got good placements. Others went for higher research paths in India or abroad. All students were engaged either in industry or academia.

Placements: From the second year, students were eligible for placements. No placements were offered in this department. There were no top recruiting companies that visited our college for recruitment. Many students opted for higher studies. Students need to co-ordinate completely with the placement procedure. For postgraduates, it was a deal breaker as they cannot put so much time into these activities.

Placements: Around 70 % students were placed in my course. The highest package offered was 30L, average package was 13-15L and the lowest package was 8-10L. Top recruiting companies were Ford India, wipro, Microsoft. 30% of students got internship from my course and 3 other different courses in IT industries. Top roles are lead engineer, Vp of sales, etc.

Placements: Here, the placements are good for computer science and IT departments, and the placement percentage is almost 100%. The placements of core branches are less compared to others. However, a few companies like Hyundai, L&T, and Continental visited and hired the good number of candidates from our college.

Placements: Placements are very good at SRM University. The students have to concentrate on your studies so that your job will be with you at the end of your graduation. Many companies like Infosys, TCS, CTS, Unisys, Intel, Wabco, Daimler, Bosch, Ericsson, Philips, Sutherland etc. visited our college for placements.

Placements: SRM University (Kathankulathur campus) is one of the best campuses out of all SRM institutions. The facilities here are impressive and the faculty gives their best. The placement cell is quite promising and we can expect placements for every student in B.Tech whereas M.Tech may slightly vary.

Placements: SRM has a good record of the placements. Unlike the other colleges, they put an effort in bringing jobs to the campus. For the UG courses, the companies come often. But since I am doing my PG over here, I can tell you about the PG placement. In CSE, I got my internship before the first semester with my offer letter and date of joining letter. Placements: Mostly IT companies visited our campus, so placements were good if we have the eligibility criterion to attend it. I don't know about the highest but the lowest they offered is 3.2 lakhs per annum. Students can take part in organising the events conducted every year and they play roles like student president. The best place to enjoy campus life.

Placements: A prestigious university with good placements and opportunities for the student. From our batch, almost 85% student got placed in reputed IT companies. Also, some core placements were also was there. IT companies offered a good package of above 3 lacs per annum and core companies offer above 3 lacs as a package. Talking about internships, in the second year of our degree, we all got a chance to go for internships and many of us do them.

Placements: In SRM University, the placements are good and it all depends on the knowledge of students. Placements were good for my senior batch and also for my batch. All the students from my batch got placed including me, except for 5-6 students. I got placed in a company named Symantec.

Placements: I have high hopes for my placement seeing that most of our able seniors secured a decent package last year from well-respected companies like Infosys etc. There is also a good placement opportunity for other branches though civil engineering suffered a little. But the packages were less, and the placement was 100%.

Placements: There were no placements for security field this year. Only Symantec will come and recruit 1 or 2 students. All major IT companies will come but there are no specific placements for M.tech. Also, salary will be the same for both B.Tech and Master of Technology. There is very good placement for B.Tech when considered with M.Tech. All IT companies recruit students with good coding skills and most bulk placement recruit for only B.Tech.

Pros This college has one of the best atmospheres to learn and improve our life. It has very good teaching staff especially in the field of Information Technology. It would provide you with all the facilities and motivation to come up in life. They have a well-updated syllabus. The place is highly accessible from the city.
