SRMJEEE 2025 Counselling: SRMIST will hold SRMJEEE counselling 2025 after the ranks have been announced. SRMJEEE counselling will be held separately for each phase of the SRMJEEE exam. The counselling process of SRMJEEE includes choice filling, seat acceptance, seat allotment, issuance of the provisional admission letter (PAL) and payment of the tuition fee. The candidates who qualify for SRMJEEE must appear for the counselling rounds with their documents for verification. For online counselling, candidates are informed through email or text messages. Q:   When will the SRMJEEE counselling start?

The SRMJEEE counselling will start after the result is out of SRMJEEE exam. The counselling will be held after each phase of the SRMJEEE exam. The details of the counselling process and schedule is announced after the SRMJEEE 2025 result is declared.

SRMJEEE Counselling Process 2025

The counselling process of SRMJEEE includes the following steps:

Login to the portal: The candidate has to login to the application portal through the link applications.srmist.edu.in/btech

Rank card download: Candidates can download the rank card through the mentioned online admission portal (OAP).

Educational detail filling: Candidates have to fill in the educational details.

Choice filling (Program Selection): The Online Admission Portal (OAP) will be kept open for the candidates to fill in the choice of campus and programme preference.

Programme allocation:  The admission committee will allot the choice of campus, programme and specialisation based on the admission criteria such as SRM Joint Entrance Examination Rank, Qualifying Examination, etc. The programme allotment will be published in the Online Admission Portal (OAP).

Accept the Allocation and Payment (Only for allotted Candidates): Candidates have to accept the allotment and have to pay the one-time non-refundable and non-transferrable registration fee and the counselling fee (part of the tuition fee). Online payment details will be updated shortly.

Provisional Allotment letter downloads: Upon payment of the registration fee and counselling fee, a Provisional allotment letter and fee receipt will be issued. Failure to pay the counselling fee within the stipulated time will lead to the cancellation of the allotment. )

Payment of balance tuition fee and online enrolment: Pay the balance tuition fee before the mentioned date and proceed with online enrolment.

Q:   Can I get the desired programme in my desired SRM campus if I got selected in SRMJEEE round I counselling?

A:
If you are selected in the SRMJEEE Round I counseling, you will be given the opportunity to choose your desired programme and campus based on availability at the time of your selection. However, please note that the availability of programs and campuses may vary depending on the number of seats available and the competition for those seats. Therefore, while you may be able to choose your desired programme and campus, there is no guarantee that your first choice will be available. It is important to consider your second and third choices as well, and to be prepared to make a decision based on the options available to you at the time of your selection.

Documents Required for SRMJEEE 2025 Counselling Process

Candidates can check the documents needed for SRMJEEE counselling:

  1. BTech Counseling call letter
  2. SRMJEE Rank card
  3. Admit Card/Hall ticket of the +2 board examination
  4. Mark sheet of Class 10th as proof of date of birth
  5. Mark sheet of Class 12th or its equivalent (if results are announced)
  6. Photo ID proof (PAN, Aadhar, Passport) – Original for verification and return and Photocopy
  7. Cancelled cheque leaf with the name of the Candidate/Parent/Grand Parent printed.

Yes you can get. The SRM Merit scholarship criteria are given below. 1. 100% SRM Merit Scholarship is offered to those candidates who achieved SRMJEE Rank between 101 to 500. 2. 75% SRM Merit Scholarship is given to those candidates who achieved SRMJEE Rank between 501 to 1000. 3. 50% SRM Merit Scholarship is given to those candidates who achieved SRMJEE Rank between 1001 to 2000. 4. 25% -SRM Merit Scholarship is given to those candidates who achieved SRMJEE Rank between 2001 to 3000.

It is not ideal to take the SRMJEEE remote proctored exam on a phone or tablet. Asper the official instruction candidates must use a laptop with functional camera and microphone with Intel i3 (4TH Gen) equivalent CPU or above to take the SRMJEEE online proctored test.
