Yes, Symbiosis Indore accepts national or university-level Management Entrance exams like Skill CAT, SNAP, XAT, MAT or CMAT. The first level of selection is based on the entrance exam followed by group discussion and presentation. Below is the weightage of entrance exam and other selection rounds in the admission process:

Admission to MBA course is based on entrance exam score. The university accepts CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ SNAP score followed by group discussion/ presentation and personal interview round. Candidates must complete bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate or equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to the State of Madhya Pradesh in a reserved category) to apply for the MBA course. After completion of the selection round, a merit list is prepared by the university. Aspirants shortlisted need to pay a course fee to confirm their seats.

On cancelling admission, students get some part of the fee refunded depending on when they cancel their admission. Below is the refund policy:

Symbiosis Indore offers good placements for its MBA course annually. In 2022, the participating recruiters placed 31 students from the School of Management (MBA, BBA and BCom). The Symbiosis Indore MBA average package offered during the 2022 placement drive at Symbiosis Indore is yet to be published on the official website. According to MBA students’ reviews on the Shiskha page, the average package offered during the recent Symbiosis Indore MBA placement stood at INR 8 LPA.

MBA is one of the top courses of SUAS Indore. The university offers MBA programme in two popular specialisations-Marketing and Banking Financial Services and Insurance. MBA curriculum includes full semester internship in the final year. The university recorded 100% internship and support with 225 days of embedded internship provision in the curriulum. After completing the degree, students are open to opportunities in top companies.

Talking about placement, SUAS has concluded its placement process for the batch passed out in 2022. The university has released the names of students who were placed from the School of Management. As per the latest report, 31 students were placed from the School of Management.

MBA is a two-year course offered at the PG level. SUAS offers MBA in two specialisations, namely Banking Financial Services & Insurance and Marketing. MBA BFIS focuses on specialised training in the field of International Banking, Finance, Business Analytics, FinTech, Cryptocurrency & Block chain, Financial Modelling and Engineering, Risk Management, Investment Banking, Insurance Management etc. MBA Marketing is a thorough study of business management that involves the methods and procedures of organizing the resources of an organisation both effectively and efficiently with special focus on its marketing aspects. 

SUAS Indore offers integrated BTech + MBA programme for a duration of five years. Candidates who have passed Class 12 examination with at least 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for reserved category candidates) with Physics and Mathematics and one of the following subjects as mandatory subjects:

Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Information Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship or,  three-year Diploma examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate (55% aggregate in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) can apply SUAS Indore BTech programme.

The total tuition fee of MBA is INR 6.3 lakh as per an unofficial source. Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Candidates will also require to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. The application fee for MBA is INR 1,500.
