In order to apply for MCA at Kalyani University, candidates are required to complete the WB JECA application process. The process is regulated by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB). Further, the steps to be followed for form filling and submission are as follows:

Step 1: Register by visiting the WBJEEB official website (wbjeeb.in/jeca).

Step 2: Login and start filling out the application form.

Step 3: Upload the important documents such as the photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb image.

Step 4: Payment of examination fee, i.e., INR 500.

The documents that a candidate must have while filling out the application form and for admission are as follows:

• Provisional allotment letter & seat acceptance letter of WB JECA 2022
• Admit card of WB JECA 2022
• Rank card of WB JECA 2022
• Class 10 admit card/birth certificate for verification of date of birth
• Marksheet of class 10 examination
• Marksheet of class 12 examination
• Marksheet of all semesters of bachelor’s degree
• Valid domicile certificate in WB JECA-prescribed format for West Bengal domicile candidates
• Valid SC/ST certificate issued by the government of West Bengal (if applicable)
• Duly filled in no-upgradation form in WBJEEB prescribed format
