Good infrastructure and affordable fees structure.

Placements: I am a student of M.Sc. Physics in Part 2. This academic year is the last year of our batch in university. Placement never held in campus because no companies hire students of M.Sc. Physics from a government university. But most of the students settle in the education field as Teachers. Almost 80% of students go for B.Ed and others go for Ph.D. in Last semester every student has to prepare a project on the selected subject so that they can go for an internship in a good company.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of the university are excellent. There are departmental libraries and University's common library both. Classrooms with projectors, Separate Labs for different specialization students. On-campus, government, and private hostels are available with good quality food in the canteen. There is a swimming pool and gym also and indoor and outdoor games facilities too.

Faculty: The faculty members and lab assistants are very helpful. Our professors help students in research and in getting patents also. This course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready.

Other: I choose M.Sc. Physics because I am very much interested in Physics. Physics gives us infinite field of research and that's why I love it. The thing I can suggest to improve in our course is more practical research for students. In the Science course, our schedule is very hectic but we get sometime for outdoor games. Campus is too large so we can play outdoor games easily, we get government scholarships.

A good institute for M.Sc. Physics course.

Placements: I am pursuing M.Sc. Physics course in VNSGU. As in other institutes offering physics course, there are no campus placements in our college as well. Due to the less number of students and high demand for physics teachers and professors, students get a job immediately after completing M.Sc.

Infrastructure: Veer Narmad South Gujarat University has a huge campus and a beautiful environment. Particularly, the physics department in the Science building has a very good infrastructure. It was built recently, in 2016. It has good classrooms with projectors and good labs. We have our departmental library and a central library with the required books. Wi-Fi facility is available for students. The department has some sports kits and facilities. There are enough number of computers with LAN connection and the required software for physics students. VNSGU provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls, and also Samras hostel is available which is run by the Gujarat government. Both the hostels are located at a walkable distance from the department.

Faculty: Our college has very good and experienced teachers. They are helpful to students. They are well qualified. Teaching quality of some professors is very good. They use digital teaching methods. There are 7 permanent and 1 ad-hoc faculty members. No industry exposure is provided. The course curriculum is a bit tough and not perfect but gets updated regularly. It is designed as per the guidelines of UGC.

Other: Very few extracurricular activities, events and talks are conducted in the college because of time confinement in the semester system. Faculty and also students are not much interested in these events. Festivals are celebrated by students. VNSGU is well connected to the city by BRTS and city buses. The department keeps students aware of government scholarship schemes often.

Great faculty with supportive professors. Great environment for studies.

Placements: The admission is based on merit list. One cab apply online for the admission with proper results. Reservation seats for below casts and st/sc are also available. Fees are also accepted by online payment. Students who are unable to fill the forms online are provided with offline applications with proper certificates.

Infrastructure: Campus is huge and vast. Environment is very fulfill for studies. Proper gardens and roads surrounded with greenery and plants that provide a great and cool atmosphere for students. Large number of buildings for different faculty. Educated proper and Proper laboratory for Science section is also provided.

Faculty: Every type of cource is provided. Arts, commerce, Science faculty members with Bachelor and Masters degrees. Proper and well educated faculty with supportive professors and assistant professors. Laboratory are well deginsed with all necessary equipments for the better understanding of practicals are provided.

Placements: Students got placed with an academic percentage of 75% and more. The highest salary package offered here is 14 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Bipico company visited here, and many other companies from different states also visited here for placements. About 86% of the students got internships in Compaq company. Top roles offered here are head of the department and senior manager. I enjoyed here very much.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities are available here. Labs and classrooms are good for studying and are clean and also have necessities. The food served here is good, and sports are awesome. You can participate in different sports and build your personality according to your interest.

Faculty: All the professors here are extremely good, and their teaching methods are different. Mainly you need a good education, and the teachers provide it very well here. Students have never complained about the teaching methods of teachers and their way of treating students. It is a good place to study.

Other: I am from a physics course, and our college really helped me in improving my knowledge. Curricular activities were organised in 2019, but unfortunately, we were not able to conduct them in 2020.

Faculty is good, slightly dissatisfied due to absence of placement cell at PG level.

Placements: There is no placement cell in the department. If you want to have an internship you will be given a recommendation letter by the faculty but no specific internship programme is held. Since there is no direct placement cell you have to personally approach.

Infrastructure: It has a good infrastructure. The labs are highly equipped and classrooms have smart boards which will surely help the students. Along with the central library, there is a departmental library from where you can issue books and magazines. Sports rooms are equipped with all indoor games.

Faculty: Yes, the faculty is indeed helpful. All the professors have good teaching experience along with a good grasp of their subject. They use conventional methods of teaching as well as smart boards depending upon the topics to be covered. The student to teacher ratio is 15:1.
