    Overview of Vel Tech Law College
    Placements: It is more 5 to 6. Student will get placement order. And the highest LPA is 1,50,000. Sriram Finance and Adhithya Birla Finance companies and every student must go for internship in the college for every even sem. Top roles are legal advice for taxation, legal advisory for ciser of property and legal notices.
    Infrastructure: The hostel has Wi-Fi and gym and AC and non AC rooms but the neatness is very less and the college hostel has a canteen and one restaurant inside and a shop inside the hostel campus. Every day meals are prepared in the hostel venue itself and students can visit outside to eat food in some hostel campus.
    Faculty: The teachers are very helpful in academics and exams and other curriculum. And they will encourage the students to participate in every competition and every publication. This curriculum relevant to law studies though going for internship in even semester it will improve students' knowledge in the field.
    Other: I chose this course for its scope and the best thing about the course was more availability of opportunities in various law like criminal, civil, corporate, taxation, GST, environment, etc. And the college conducts Lavaza function as cultural fest for the university and scholarships are given in the college for marks and based on learnings of family.

    Yes. Veltech High Tech was initially affiliated with the University of Madras. In 2001, the affiliation was shifted to Anna University. From 2008 onwards, it was recognized as a deemed-to-be university. However, Veltech High Tech is still affiliated with Anna University.
