Iam absolutely not satisfied with our college rules and regulations.

Placements: Our college has a very few numbers of placements offered by the other companies in various departments, but the institution will say that the placements are 100%. I think our college is not up to the mark for 100% placements. We can expect 50% of the placements from our college.

As a B.Com student, I am totally satisfied with this university.

Placements: The placements are 7/10. Out of 10 students, 7 students will definitely get the placement. The most important thing is that placement depends upon personal knowledge and skills, and if you have them, you will surely get the placements. Many companies come for placements in our university.

We are not much satisfied because of faculty but good infrastructure.

Placements: Up to now the placements are not up to the mark for our seniors, we expect better placements for our batch as now our college is developing better and better. Up to 40% of students are placed in the good companies of package minimum of 25000 per month and maximum of 7L per annum.10 to 20 percent of students got internship from college.

As short we can say that THE HOME AWAY FROM THE HOME.

Placements: Yes, up to now the placements are not up to the mark and we expecting better placements to our batch. Around 30 to 40% of students are getting placed in companies. The highest salary of our seniors batch is around 18L per 3years and the lowest is 2.5L per annum. Companies like HCL, WIPRO. , etc.

Good placements in 2017. Some faculty are supportive with knowledge, but some are with nothing.

Placements: As per the current time, everything is improved than the time before. They have tried and succeeded in getting companies which offer a handsome package. They also train students for the placements who provides a good opportunity. One thing that regrets me the most is that they won't allow you to sit for other companies if you get selected for one.

Development is more and happens every year.

Placements: Here, the placements for the electrical branch are less, but for CSE and ECE branch, they are more. So, better you can choose computer science engineering. You can also go for a software company even though you are in the electrical, civil, and mechanical branch. I suggest learning the basics of C language. Salary packages are up to 8 LPA.

There are good placements, but faculty members are not well-qualified, not so much satisfied.

Placements: We have a lot of recruiters for computer science engineering students, and it is giving best placements offer to all of our students. Last year the maximum package of 7 LPA was provided to students. More faculty members are engaged to make more placements in our college. A lot of chances are provided by our college to get recruited.

Good infrastructure. Placement is rising each time. Experienced faculty members.

Placements: The college is having a very hard working placement cell. The training activities start from the 2nd year onwards. The placement training activities are carried by the 3rd party "Smart placement and training". The college is developing its reach to the core companies, and even for mechanical, core companies are coming for the placement drives.

A review on my college of Vel Tech Dr. RR and Dr. SR University.

Placements: Many private companies have conducted interviews with the students in various sectors. Many students have got placed in various sectors. The mechanical engineering students are not placed much compared to other departments because of their insufficient knowledge in the engineering field.

Satisfied with the college for its decent placements, atmosphere, friendly faculties.

Placements: The companies like Quest Global, Musigma, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, NTT data, TAFE, etc. visited the college. Rules are offered from these companies were design engineers, trainees, GET, developer, etc. The salary packages are offered from those companies ranges from 2.4 LPA-4.5 LPA approximately. The placement arrangements were good. The training was given prior to the placements.

You can learn life lessons in this college.

Placements: The placements are not available for civil engineering. There are many opportunities for IT, CSE, mechanical, ECE and EEE. There is a good placement training for all. You will be placed if you have no backlog or less than 5. Teachers help you the most in getting through your placement.

Placements are good, buy not the faculty. The facilities are the best.

Placements: The best thing about the college is placement. They will give you a chance, and you should prove yourself. Of course, companies will come, and if you have talent, you will be definitely taken by any company, and you should wait for your company like I did. If you didn't get placed, feel like it is not yours and just wait.

It is the best college in Chennai than other colleges.

Placements: I am not eligible for the placements. The placements are not bad in the college. The tried their level best for getting jobs for students as compared to our seniors. Our batch placements were good and improved. They will allow us to do the projects in other countries for the final year students with free of cost. No other colleges in Chennai have that facility.

It is very nice for studies. But, extra events are not much preferred here.

Placements: The placement is quite good. Many companies are coming to the campus. You must fulfil all the criteria, then surely you will get placed. You have to know all the basics of all the subjects properly, and you must have skills. Having experience of extracurricular activities is nice.

VelTech -a college to think upon.

Placements: There are placement opportunities for the electrical students. For the core, it is a bit less, but for IT guys it is good. You can choose the IT section for the placement point of view, and can choose the core if you want to learn. For those guys who prefer higher studies, you can get into this and can choose and get a good support from the teachers. They will also support you in each and every possible way they can. Also, try to be away from problems if you are in this college. ...

The infrastructure of the college is good, and the placements were good in 2015.

Placements: The placements for our seniors and our batch are average. The highest salary package is 10 lakh per annum, and the lowest salary package is 1.40 lakh per annum. Many companies like Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra visit the college. 70% of the students got the internship.

A really good college for starting your career.

Placements: There are only a limited number of placements with most of the software companies. The core companies rarely visit here. But, it is like a definite placement in any one of the companies. If it is IT sector, you will definitely get 20k per month, and in core sector, it will be 12k.

For growing sector, Vel Tech manages to give more software companies during the placements.

Placements: Most of all IT companies and only a few are the core companies. Most of the students from CSE and IT are placed. There are the limited vacancies for the core jobs. They are offering the best at the time in the industry. They offer with a maximum of 20K per month and a least of 12K per month.

Placements: Many companies come for placement, but only a few students get placed. Big companies like Accenture, IBM etc., come for campus placement at Vel Tech University. The infrastructure of the college must be improved, and staffs have good knowledge and have a great experience.

Very good faculty but very low placements. Very good hostel and very good infra

Placements: There were very less placements compared to before. But the preparation for placements which was given by university was very helpful and they make to prepare us very well. Veltech University placements were very less for the seniors' batch compared to our batch. But the materials given by the Veltech University management was very helpful for competitive exams too.
